A mix calculator is not a drum ledger. pws-inventory-guide-20260927. This page records what seven vendor pricing, help, and product pages published about chemical or materials inventory, warehouse and truck stock, purchase orders, per-job supply logging, and soft-wash mix tools as of 2026-09-27. No ranked winner. We have not counted SH drums on a truck.

What inventory claims mean here

Warehouse / multi-location stock. Published materials tracking across warehouses, trucks, and job sites — not only a notes field that a drum is “on the truck.”

Truck or field stock visibility. Published ability for field users to see or request stock from the truck or job site.

Purchase orders / receiving. Published purchase orders or a written path that a supply purchase increases stock count.

Auto-decrement or usage → stock. Published deduction from stock when chemicals or materials are used on a job, or a confirm-and-deduct flow. A mix recipe alone is not that.

Reorder / low-stock alerts. Published low-stock or running-low alerts. A blank shopping list is not a reorder rule.

Per-job supply cost log. Published logging of SH, surfactant, fuel, or other supplies against a job for profit math — even when a full warehouse module is GAP.

Mix calculator / structured chemistry. Soft Wash Chef ratios, mix/dwell fields, or similar. Useful for wash work; not the same as a quantity-on-hand ledger.

Plan gate. Which paid plan those inventory claims sit on. Unpublished gates stay GAP.

Published pricing floor. A list price on a cited pricing page. Promo copy, a custom plan, or Request pricing is not a full monthly floor.

Chemistry taxonomy and soft-wash SEO mismatches stay on the soft wash software guide. 2-to-5 tech floors stay on the small-team soft-wash CRM guide. One-person floors stay on the solo operator guide.

Fit notes (not a ranking)

Need a published warehouse + truck materials module with a named plan gate. QuoteIQ Elite+ and Workiz Ultimate publish that class of claim. Opervo publishes catalog + stock count + per-job logs on every plan. CrewNest and MakeWash publish mix/chemistry, not that ledger. Jobber and Housecall Pro: GAP on the cited pages.

Need Soft Wash Chef / mix ratios this week. CrewNest names Soft Wash Chef. MakeWash publishes structured mix/dwell fields. Opervo publishes SH/surfactant units in a supply catalog. QuoteIQ soft-wash SEO markets chemical inventory and costing with an Elite+ matrix mismatch. Horizontal FSM pages above do not publish Soft Wash Chef.

Need per-job SH cost for profit, not a full warehouse. Opervo’s Revenue − Supplies = Profit is the clearest published per-job supply math on this check. QuoteIQ job costing is Pro+ on the matrix. Workiz inventory is Ultimate. CrewNest factors material cost via Soft Wash Chef into estimates.

Need Request pricing honesty. Workiz dollars stay Request pricing on the public pricing-plans page. Do not invent a Workiz monthly floor.

Questions before you sign

  1. On my plan, which claims are in writing: warehouse locations, truck stock, purchase orders, usage → stock, low-stock alerts, per-job supply log, mix calculator?
  2. For QuoteIQ: is inventory on Elite+ on my quote, and does soft-wash SEO “starting at $29.99” language match the matrix?
  3. For Workiz: is Ultimate in writing, and what is the monthly total when list dollars are Request pricing?
  4. For Opervo: does “bumps your stock count” cover multiple warehouses and trucks the way I run routes, or only a single stock count?
  5. For CrewNest / MakeWash: is mix or chemistry enough, or do I need a quantity ledger the cited pages do not publish?
  6. For Jobber / Housecall Pro: where is quantity-on-hand inventory in writing, if it exists on my plan?
  7. What is the written monthly total after seats, SMS, and payment processing — not only the hero floor?

What we are not claiming

We have not counted chemical stock in a warehouse or on a truck. We are not naming a winner. We are not treating a missing claim as proof a feature is absent. We are not treating Soft Wash Chef or mix/dwell fields as a warehouse inventory module. We are not treating QuoteIQ Essentials $29.99 as the inventory plan. We are not inventing a Workiz monthly price. We are not treating Jobber expense lines or Housecall Pro scheduling as SH drum inventory. We are not collapsing Opervo’s per-job supply log into QuoteIQ’s Elite warehouse matrix.

Ask for the inventory claims in writing on your plan, then walk one drum of SH from purchase to job to invoice if the vendor publishes that path. Soft-wash taxonomy: soft wash software. Small crew floors: small-team soft-wash CRM. Solo floors: solo operator guide. QuickBooks: QuickBooks guide.
