Updated 2026-09-20. No ranked winner.
CrewNest is a wash-native CRM with Free Forever at $0 and Pro at $29.99 a month. Workiz is a horizontal FSM with Request pricing and a pressure-washing industry page. Those units are not interchangeable, so this page does not name a winner. Figures are from vendor pages checked 2026-09-20. We have not tested either app.

Two products
This is a pressure-wash-only CRM with a capped $0 floor and a flat Pro team price versus a horizontal home-service FSM with a dedicated pressure-washing page and Request pricing. A PW URL is not a wash-native spec sheet. The products do not sell the same units.
See the CrewNest and Workiz profiles for documented functions, still without a field test. This page is a two-product comparison only.
Wash-native versus Jobber stays on CrewNest vs Jobber. Wash-native versus QuoteIQ stays on CrewNest vs QuoteIQ. Wash-native versus Opervo stays on CrewNest vs Opervo. Wash-native versus Housecall Pro stays on CrewNest vs Housecall Pro. Wash-native versus MakeWash stays on MakeWash vs CrewNest. Horizontal FSM versus Jobber stays on Workiz vs Jobber. Workiz versus a wash-oriented Solo/Team app stays on Workiz vs Opervo. Request-pricing versus Housecall Pro stays on Workiz vs Housecall Pro. Launch $0 versus Workiz stays on MakeWash vs Workiz. Soft-wash chemistry notes stay on the soft wash guide and the small-team soft-wash CRM guide. $0 language stays on the free software guide.
We did not copy CrewNest competitor dollar columns for Jobber or Housecall Pro. Those floors live on our own pages.
The same CrewNest CRM page also prints a franchise / per-territory claim of $29/month per active territory. That is marketing on the CRM page. It is not the solo Free or Pro floor on the pricing page.
How you pay
CrewNest sells Free Forever plus Pro. Free caps estimates, satellite measurements, SMS, and users. Pro is a flat team price. Workiz sells named plans with Request pricing and no public monthly dollar. You cannot subtract a quote from a published Free or Pro sticker and get a breakeven.
On 2026-09-20, CrewNest /pricing still showed Free Forever $0 and Pro $29.99/mo or $290/year, while Workiz /pricing-plans still showed Standard / Pro / Ultimate with Request pricing.
| Plan | Users | Monthly | Yearly (as published) | Caps / extras |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free Forever | 1 | $0 | n/a | Up to 3 estimates/mo; up to 10 satellite measurements; 50 SMS/mo; customer management; scheduling; basic invoicing; offline PWA; service-specific tools |
| Pro | Unlimited team members; no per-user fee | $29.99 | $290/year | Unlimited estimates and satellite; booking portal; unlimited SMS (US/CA); email estimates/invoices; route optimization; advanced analytics |
Live Pro is $29.99/month, not the older $29 seed. Yearly stays $290/year. Older seed copy that said Pro includes 3 seats, then +$5 per extra user, is stale against this fetch. Live Pro is unlimited team members at the same $29.99 / $290 floor.
| Plan | Public monthly floor | What the fetched matrix lists |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Request pricing | Scheduling, invoices, jobs, estimates, QuickBooks listed |
| Pro | Request pricing | Genius Scheduling (AI) on the Pro matrix |
| Ultimate | Request pricing | Sales proposals and service plans on the Ultimate card |
Seat dollars are a GAP. Included-user counts and extra-seat dollars are not published. Genius Phone, Genius Answering, and Genius Marketing are sold separately with no published dollar. The annual discount is described only as “save $400+.” Confirm add-ons and users in a written quote.
CrewNest processing percent is a GAP. The fetched pricing and CRM pages name Stripe and say processing fees apply. They do not print a card / ACH / instant % rate card. Stripe % is a GAP.
Worked examples (published units only)
These rows use only published subscription units. They are arithmetic framing, not a field test and not a winner.
A. CrewNest Free $0 versus Workiz Request pricing. CrewNest Free is $0 for 1 user, with 3 estimates/month, 10 satellite measurements, and 50 SMS/month. Workiz Standard / Pro / Ultimate cards print Request pricing and no public monthly dollar. A capped $0 floor is not the same stack as a card with pricing on request. Do not invent a Workiz monthly floor.
B. CrewNest Pro $29.99 versus Workiz Request pricing. CrewNest Pro is $29.99/month or $290/year with unlimited team members and no per-user fee. Workiz still prints Request pricing. A monthly sticker versus a quote is not a like-for-like ops stack: seat rules, satellite, route, QBO, and chem claims differ. Do not invent a $29.99 versus Standard breakeven.
C. Workiz seat GAP versus CrewNest Pro unlimited seats. Workiz included seats and extra-user dollars stay unpublished. CrewNest Pro still prints one team sticker. Do not invent a Workiz seat total. Do not invent a seat-to-seat breakeven.
Feature comparison
Satellite takeoff, chemistry, routing, books, payments, seats, and trial friction sit on different published units. Do not treat a row on one card as a row on the other.
Payments
PressureWashStack does not earn commissions or affiliate revenue. Links on this page are ordinary vendor URLs, not tracking links. See the affiliate disclosure.
QuickBooks Online
Direction, objects, unpaid invoices, and Desktop stay on the QuickBooks guide. This page locks the published gates.
Trials and $0 language
Those offers are not interchangeable. A card-required Pro trial plus a capped Free Forever floor is not a no-card 7-day preview.
Who each fits
These are fit notes against published units and documented claims. They are not awards. Who each fits depends on wash-native Free/Pro plus satellite and Soft Wash Chef versus Request-pricing scale, Desktop QBO, and the Genius surface.
This page does not rank a winner. Quote CrewNest at the published $0 / $29.99 / $290 units and quote Workiz in writing, then compare the written totals. CrewNest versus Jobber stays on CrewNest vs Jobber. CrewNest versus QuoteIQ stays on CrewNest vs QuoteIQ. CrewNest versus Opervo stays on CrewNest vs Opervo. CrewNest versus Housecall Pro stays on CrewNest vs Housecall Pro. MakeWash versus CrewNest stays on MakeWash vs CrewNest. Workiz versus Jobber stays on Workiz vs Jobber. Workiz versus Opervo stays on Workiz vs Opervo. Workiz versus Housecall Pro stays on Workiz vs Housecall Pro. MakeWash versus Workiz stays on MakeWash vs Workiz. The wider solo set, including $0 tools and tools with pricing on request, stays on the solo operator guide.

What we did not do
We have not run these products on a live wash route. We are not recommending a single product. We are not publishing star ratings.
We did not redo the solo operator guide, the free software guide, the soft wash guide, the small-team soft-wash CRM guide, CrewNest vs Jobber, CrewNest vs QuoteIQ, CrewNest vs Opervo, CrewNest vs Housecall Pro, MakeWash vs CrewNest, Workiz vs Jobber, Workiz vs Opervo, Workiz vs Housecall Pro, MakeWash vs Workiz, or the QuickBooks guide. Those pages stay the workflow, $0 taxonomy, soft-wash taxonomy, other two-product bake-offs, and QuickBooks taxonomy. This page is the CrewNest versus Workiz bake-off only.
We did not invent a CrewNest Stripe percent. We did not invent a CrewNest QBO connector. We did not copy CrewNest marketing competitor dollar columns. We did not treat CrewNest franchise or per-territory $29 copy as the solo Free or Pro floor. We did not reuse older CrewNest “3 seats then +$5” copy as live Pro. We did not reuse the stale $29 Pro seed as tonight’s floor. Live Pro is $29.99/month or $290/year. We did not invent a Workiz monthly price. We did not publish third-party Kickstart or Standard dollar figures. We did not invent a breakeven from a $29.99 / $290 floor and a pricing-on-request card. We did not treat the Workiz PW industry page as a satellite or SH-chem spec. We did not invent a Workiz card percent. We did not invent Workiz seat dollars or Genius add-on dollars. We did not wire affiliate CTAs or tracking URLs.
PressureWashStack does not earn commissions or affiliate revenue. Links on this page are ordinary vendor URLs, not tracking links. See the affiliate disclosure. Other directory listings stay on the directory.
