Housecall Pro vs Jobber

Housecall Pro bills Basic / Essentials / MAX with included seats. Jobber bills Core / Connect / Grow / Plus by seat band. Live floors as of 2026-09-06. No winner.

Updated 2026-09-06. No ranked winner.

Housecall Pro and Jobber are horizontal home-service platforms with pressure-washing industry pages. They bill by different plan and seat units, so this page does not name a cheaper product or a winner. Figures are from vendor pages checked 2026-09-06. We have not tested either app.

Two products

Both products are general field-service CRMs. Each publishes a dedicated pressure-washing industry page. A PW URL is not a wash-native spec sheet.

See the Housecall Pro and Jobber profiles for documented functions, still without a field test. This page is a two-product comparison only.

Context only, not a third column: QuoteIQ Essentials publishes $29.99/month or $299.99/year. Opervo Solo publishes $24.99/month (Team $54.99/month). Those floors and wash-native claims stay on QuoteIQ vs Jobber, QuoteIQ vs Opervo, and the solo operator guide.

How you pay

Housecall Pro sells named plans with a fixed included-user count. Jobber sells a plan name plus a seat band. You cannot subtract one published dollar from the other and get a breakeven.

PlanUsers includedExtra usersAnnual (per mo)Monthly
Basic1n/a$59$79
Essentials5$100/mo each$149$189
MAX8$75/mo each$299$329

The 1-user floor is Basic at $59/month billed annually or $79/month monthly. Extra-user rates on that fetch are $100 (Essentials) and $75 (MAX). Do not reuse older third-party $35/user figures.

Plan (1 user)No commitment1-year monthlyBilled annually
Core$49$39$29
Connect$139$119$99
Grow$199$169$149

The 1-user floor is Core at $49 with no commitment, $39 on a 1-year monthly commitment, or $29 billed annually. Connect, Grow, and Plus also publish 5-, 10-, and 15-user bands. This page quotes the 1-user row.

Soft-wash quoting depth

Neither PW industry page claims wash-native quoting.

Direction, objects, unpaid invoices, and Desktop stay on the QuickBooks guide. This page locks the published gates.

Trials

Those offers are not interchangeable refund guarantees. A MAX preview is not a Basic quote, and a Grow preview is not a Core quote.

Who each product is for

These are fit notes against published units and documented claims. They are not awards.

Housecall Pro is for a shop that sells wash work as one line among other home-service trades, can enter on Basic at $59/$79, and can pay Essentials for Routes, GPS, and the listed QBO row, or MAX for route optimization. Offline viewing of previously opened jobs is documented. Editing offline is not. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite measure are not claimed on the PW page.

Jobber is for a shop that wants a client hub and seat-band billing, can enter on Core at $29 to $49, and can pay Connect for QBO and the documented route-optimization gate. Limited offline write (timers, forms, notes) is documented. Advanced quote visuals and optional line items sit on Grow+. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite measure are not claimed on the PW page.

This page does not rank a winner. Quote both at your user count and commitment term, then compare the written totals. QuoteIQ versus Jobber units stay on QuoteIQ vs Jobber. QuoteIQ versus Opervo stays on QuoteIQ vs Opervo. QuoteIQ versus Housecall Pro stays on QuoteIQ vs Housecall Pro. CrewNest versus Housecall Pro stays on CrewNest vs Housecall Pro. The wider solo set, including $0 tools and tools with pricing on request, stays on the solo operator guide.

What we did not do

We have not run these products on a live wash route. We are not recommending a single product. We are not publishing star ratings.

We did not redo the solo operator guide, the free software guide, QuoteIQ vs Jobber, QuoteIQ vs Opervo, or the QuickBooks guide. Those pages stay the workflow, $0 taxonomy, other two-product bake-offs, and QuickBooks taxonomy. This page is the Housecall Pro versus Jobber bake-off only.

We did not treat either PW industry page as a satellite or SH-chem spec. We did not invent a breakeven. We did not use Jobber’s own Jobber-versus-Housecall-Pro competitor page as an independent source. We did not treat vendor hours-saved or revenue-growth stats as independent proof. We did not reuse older third-party $35/user Housecall Pro figures.

PressureWashStack does not earn commissions or affiliate revenue. Links on this page are ordinary vendor URLs, not tracking links. See the affiliate disclosure. Other directory listings stay on the directory.
