CrewNest vs Jobber

CrewNest publishes Free $0 and Pro $29 with unlimited team members. Jobber bills Core / Connect / Grow by seat band. Live floors as of 2026-09-07. No winner.

Updated 2026-09-07. No ranked winner.

CrewNest sells a wash-native Free/Pro stack with a flat Pro team price. Jobber sells a horizontal field-service CRM billed by plan and seat band. Those units are not interchangeable, so this page does not name a cheaper product or a winner. Figures are from vendor pages checked 2026-09-07. We have not tested either app.

Two products

This is a pressure-wash-only CRM with a capped $0 floor and a flat Pro team price versus a general field-service CRM with a published pressure-washing industry page. The products do not sell the same units.

See the CrewNest and Jobber profiles for documented functions, still without a field test. Soft-wash chemistry notes for the wider set stay on the soft wash guide. $0 language stays on the free software guide. Jobber versus other named plans stays on QuoteIQ vs Jobber and Housecall Pro vs Jobber. Wash-native versus QuoteIQ stays on CrewNest vs QuoteIQ. This page is a two-product comparison only.

We did not copy CrewNest competitor dollar columns for Jobber or Housecall Pro. Those floors live on our own pages.

How you pay

CrewNest sells Free Forever plus Pro. Free caps estimates, satellite measurements, and users. Pro is a flat team price. Jobber sells a plan name plus a seat / team-size band. You cannot subtract one published dollar from the other and get a breakeven.

PlanUsersMonthlyYearly (as published)Caps / extras
Free Forever1$0n/aUp to 3 estimates/mo; up to 10 satellite measurements; customer management; scheduling; basic invoicing; offline PWA; service-specific tools
ProUnlimited team members; no per-user fee$29$290/yearUnlimited estimates and satellite; booking portal; SMS included; email estimates/invoices; route optimization; advanced analytics

Older seed copy that said Pro includes 3 seats, then +$5 per extra user, is stale against this fetch. Live Pro is unlimited team members at the same $29 / $290 floor.

Plan (1 user)No commitment1-year monthlyBilled annually
Core$49$39$29
Connect$139$119$99
Grow$199$169$149

The 1-user floor is Core at $49 with no commitment, $39 on a 1-year monthly commitment, or $29 billed annually. Connect, Grow, and Plus also publish multi-user bands. This page quotes the 1-user row as primary. Commitment terms differ: Jobber’s middle column is a 1-year monthly commitment. CrewNest’s yearly column is prepaid annual.

Trials

Those offers are not interchangeable refund guarantees. A card-required Pro trial is not the same as a no-card Grow preview.

Who each product is for

These are fit notes against published units and documented claims. They are not awards.

CrewNest is for a shop that wants a published $0 Free Forever floor (1 user, 3 estimates/month, 10 satellite measurements) or Pro at $29/month or $290/year with unlimited team members and no per-user fee, and that wants the CRM page’s Soft Wash Chef and satellite claims. The 14-day Pro trial (card required) and 30-day money-back line are on the pricing page. QuickBooks is marketing-only on the fetched pages.

Jobber is for a shop that sells wash work as one line among other home-service trades, wants a Client Hub, and can pay by seat band. Core is the 1-user floor. Connect is the plan that lists QBO and the documented route-optimization gate. Satellite sq ft and SH inventory are not claimed on the PW page.

This page does not rank a winner. Quote both at the plan that lists the feature you need, then compare the written totals. CrewNest versus QuoteIQ stays on CrewNest vs QuoteIQ. CrewNest versus Housecall Pro stays on CrewNest vs Housecall Pro. CrewNest versus Workiz stays on CrewNest vs Workiz. QuoteIQ versus Jobber units stay on QuoteIQ vs Jobber. Housecall Pro versus Jobber stays on Housecall Pro vs Jobber. A 2-to-5 tech soft-wash crew bill stays on Best soft-wash CRM for a small team. The wider solo set, including $0 tools and tools with pricing on request, stays on the solo operator guide.

What we did not do

We have not run these products on a live wash route. We are not recommending a single product. We are not publishing star ratings.

We did not redo the solo operator guide, the free software guide, the soft wash guide, CrewNest vs QuoteIQ, QuoteIQ vs Jobber, Housecall Pro vs Jobber, or the QuickBooks guide. Those pages stay the workflow, $0 taxonomy, soft-wash taxonomy, other two-product bake-offs, and QuickBooks taxonomy. This page is the CrewNest versus Jobber bake-off only.

We did not import CrewNest competitor price tables as our facts. We did not treat Jobber hours-saved or paid-faster marketing as independent proof. We did not invent a breakeven from the $29 sticker overlap. We did not treat CrewNest’s self-authored best-of article as a QuickBooks product matrix. We did not reuse older CrewNest “3 seats then +$5” copy as live Pro.
