# Workiz vs Opervo

Workiz publishes Standard/Pro/Ultimate with Request pricing (no public monthly floor), a pressure-washing industry page, QuickBooks Online and Desktop, ACH at 1%, and instant card payouts at 1.75% (+$0.50 min). Opervo publishes Solo at $24.99/mo ($249/yr, 2 users) and Team at $54.99/mo ($549/yr, up to 10) with claimed satellite Measurement Tool, chem-cost logging, Route My Day, and Square/Stripe with 0% platform markup. Live figures as of 2026-09-15. No winner. Depends on wash-native Solo depth vs horizontal FSM / Desktop QBO / pricing on request.

Workiz is a horizontal field-service platform with Request pricing and a pressure-washing industry page. Opervo is a solo and small-crew field-service app at Solo $24.99 or Team $54.99. Those units are not interchangeable, so this page does not name a winner. Figures are from vendor pages checked 2026-09-15. We have not tested either app.

## Two products

This is a horizontal field-service platform with pricing on request and a pressure-washing industry page versus a wash-oriented Solo/Team field-service app with published floors. A PW URL is not a wash-native spec sheet. The products do not sell the same units.

> Verified fact: Workiz’s [pressure washing industry page](https://www.workiz.com/industries/pressure-washing/) (retrieved 2026-09-15) markets scheduling, payments, communications, Good|Better|Best proposals, and location / traffic / expertise assignment. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite square-footage takeoffs are **NOT CLAIMED**.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s homepage and [pricing page](https://www.opervo.io/pricing) (retrieved 2026-09-15) market a horizontal field-service product for solo operators in pressure washing, window cleaning, detailing, and similar trades. The [pressure-washing page](https://www.opervo.io/pressure-washing) and [features page](https://www.opervo.io/features) are the wash-native claim set (Measurement Tool satellite sketch, SH / surfactant / fuel cost logging, Route My Day, Folio portfolio).

See the [Workiz](/vendors/workiz) and [Opervo](/vendors/opervo) profiles for documented functions, still without a field test. This page is a two-product comparison only.

## How you pay

Workiz sells named plans with **Request pricing** and no public monthly dollar. Opervo sells Solo or Team, claims every feature on both, and charges no per-user add-on. You cannot subtract a quote from a published sticker and get a breakeven.

On 2026-09-15, Workiz `/pricing-plans` still showed Standard / Pro / Ultimate with **Request pricing**, while Opervo `/pricing` still showed Solo **$24.99/mo** or **$249/yr** (2 users) and Team **$54.99/mo** or **$549/yr** (up to 10).

> Verified fact: Workiz pricing, workiz.com/pricing-plans, 2026-09-15. Every paid card is pricing on request.

| Plan | Public monthly floor | What the fetched matrix lists |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Standard | Request pricing | Scheduling, invoices, jobs, estimates, QuickBooks listed |
| Pro | Request pricing | Genius Scheduling (AI) on the Pro matrix |
| Ultimate | Request pricing | Sales proposals on the Ultimate card |

Seat dollars are a **GAP**. Included-user counts and extra-seat dollars are **not published**. Genius Phone, Genius Answering, and Genius Marketing are sold separately with no published dollar. The annual discount is described only as “save $400+.” Confirm add-ons and users in a written quote.

> Verified fact: FLAG CONFLICT. The public pricing matrix lists unlimited jobs, invoices, and estimates. The site [FAQ](https://www.workiz.com/faq/) (retrieved 2026-09-15) still mentions “a minimum of 30 invoices and estimates per month.” Prefer the matrix. Confirm the live cap in a quote.

> Verified fact: Opervo pricing, opervo.io/pricing, 2026-09-15.

| Plan | Users included | Monthly | Yearly (as published) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Solo | Operator + 1 helper (2 users) | $24.99 | $249/year |
| Team | Up to 10 | $54.99 | $549/year |

The Solo floor is $24.99/month or $249/year. Team is $54.99/month or $549/year. Growth for teams over 10 is custom via help@opervo.io. Annual Solo is described as saving $51 versus monthly; Team annual as saving $111.

> Verified fact: The [homepage](https://www.opervo.io/) (retrieved 2026-09-15) also advertises a Founding 50 Solo lock at $15/mo for life (limited; 45 of 50 claimed on pricing 2026-09-15). That is a launch promotion, not a third pricing column. This page does not use Founding 50 as the core floor. Prefer Solo $24.99 and Team $54.99.

> Unverified: Workiz Genius Phone, Genius Answering, and Genius Marketing dollar floors. The pricing page labels them sold separately and prints no add-on $.

> Editorial judgment: A washer comparing Workiz Request pricing to Opervo Solo $24.99 (2 users) is comparing a quote to a sticker, not two complete ops stacks. Do not invent a Workiz monthly floor. Do not invent a breakeven. Get a written Workiz quote that includes users and Genius add-ons, then compare it to the Opervo plan that lists the crew size you need.

### Worked examples (published units only)

These rows use only published subscription units. They are arithmetic framing, not a field test and not a winner.

**A. Workiz Request pricing versus Opervo Solo $24.99.** Workiz Standard / Pro / Ultimate cards print Request pricing and no public monthly dollar. Opervo Solo is $24.99/month or $249/year for the operator plus one helper (2 users), with every feature claimed on Solo. A card with pricing on request is not the same stack as a two-user Solo sticker. Do not invent a Workiz monthly floor.

**B. Workiz Request pricing versus Opervo Team $54.99.** Opervo Team is $54.99/month or $549/year for up to 10 members and no per-user add-on. Workiz included seats and extra-user dollars stay a **GAP**. Do not invent a Workiz seat total. Do not invent a Team versus Ultimate breakeven.

**C. Workiz annual “save $400+” versus Opervo published annuals.** Workiz pricing FAQ describes an annual discount only as “save $400+” with no plan dollar. Opervo Solo annual is $249/year. Opervo Team annual is $549/year. Those are not interchangeable annual totals.

## Wash-day tools

Satellite takeoff, chemistry, and Folio sit on different published units. Do not treat a row on one card as a row on the other.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s [features page](https://www.opervo.io/features) and [pressure-washing page](https://www.opervo.io/pressure-washing) (retrieved 2026-09-15) claim a Measurement Tool: sketch on Google Maps satellite, then price at your $/sqft rate, included on Solo. Workiz’s PW page does **NOT CLAIM** satellite square-footage takeoffs.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pressure-washing and features pages claim per-job SH, surfactant, and fuel cost logging (Revenue − Supplies = Profit). An Opervo mix-ratio / dilution calculator is **NOT CLAIMED**. That log is a **GAP** if you need a published mix calculator. Workiz’s PW page does **NOT CLAIM** a soft-wash chemistry tool or an SH dilution calculator.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pricing and features pages claim a Folio portfolio / public portfolio page, included on Solo. A named Folio product is **NOT CLAIMED** on the fetched Workiz PW and pricing pages.

> Editorial judgment: If you need a named satellite takeoff SKU this month, Opervo publishes Measurement Tool on Solo. Workiz’s PW page does not claim one. If you need SH / surfactant / fuel dollars against revenue, that is an Opervo claim. If you need a mix-ratio or SH dilution calculator, neither product claims one on the fetched pages. Point to [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo) and [CrewNest vs Opervo](/compare/crewnest-vs-opervo) for other chem-shelf notes, not a winner here.

## Schedule, route, and proposals

> Verified fact: Workiz’s [scheduling page](https://www.workiz.com/features/scheduling/) (retrieved 2026-09-15) claims drag-and-drop scheduling, technician routes, and Genius Scheduling (AI). The pricing matrix puts Genius Scheduling on Pro. The exact “route optimization” plan gate is less documented than some competitors. That gate is a partial **GAP**.

> Verified fact: The same Workiz PW page claims Good|Better|Best proposals and assignment by location, traffic, and expertise. The public matrix lists sales proposals on Ultimate. Confirm which proposal tool lands in a written quote.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s features page documents Route My Day (one tap: geolocate, order today’s stops, miles and ETA, hand off to Google Maps). The pressure-washing page repeats Route My Day. Pricing and features both say every feature, including Solo route optimization, is on Solo.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s features page claims branded estimates, digital approval, and convert-to-job. A Good|Better|Best package matrix like Workiz Ultimate is **not** printed the same way. That packaging contrast is partial.

> Editorial judgment: Workiz publishes an AI scheduling add on Pro and Good|Better|Best proposal language on the PW page, with sales proposals listed on Ultimate. Opervo publishes Route My Day on Solo. Those are plan-row claims, not a field test.

## QuickBooks

Direction, objects, unpaid invoices, and Desktop stay on the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). This page locks the published gates.

> Verified fact: Workiz’s [QuickBooks integration page](https://www.workiz.com/integrations/quickbooks/) (retrieved 2026-09-15) claims QuickBooks **Online and Desktop**. After import, data continues one-way, Workiz to QuickBooks. The pricing matrix lists QuickBooks on Standard.

> Verified fact: FLAG CONFLICT. Opervo’s [features page](https://www.opervo.io/features) (retrieved 2026-09-15) claims QuickBooks Online invoice sync one way, Opervo to QuickBooks. The [homepage](https://www.opervo.io/) prints “Two-way sync with QuickBooks Online and Google Calendar.” Prefer the features page for invoice direction (one-way invoices, Opervo to QBO). QuickBooks Desktop is **NOT CLAIMED**.

> Unverified: Whether a live Opervo to QBO invoice sync exists on a current Solo account. Homepage and features do not agree on direction. We will not confirm it live.

> Editorial judgment: If Desktop is your books, Workiz is the product with a published Online and Desktop claim. Opervo does **NOT CLAIM** Desktop. If you need QBO this month, do not budget Opervo as a finished two-way QuickBooks connector until a trial shows the features-page one-way invoice sync, not the homepage two-way line. Workiz dollars stay Request pricing. That Desktop contrast is a books-path fact, not a winner.

## Payments

> Verified fact: Workiz [Bank transfer (ACH) FAQ](https://help.workiz.com/hc/en-us/articles/18053157573521-Bank-transfer-ACH-FAQ) (retrieved 2026-09-15) states ACH 1%.

> Verified fact: Workiz [instant payouts help](https://help.workiz.com/hc/en-us/articles/18053114324753-Enabling-instant-payouts-for-card-payments) (retrieved 2026-09-15) states instant card payouts at **1.75%** plus a **$0.50** minimum, in addition to card processing. Eligibility copy on that help article includes 10 card transactions and $10k processed.

> Unverified: Workiz card processing percent. Public Workiz Pay help and pricing pages fetched 2026-09-15 do not print a card rate. The dashboard after signup is the place to confirm it. Card % is a **GAP**.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pricing FAQ and features page state that client payments go through the operator’s own Square or Stripe account with zero Opervo markup (0% platform markup). You still pay the processor.

> Unverified: Opervo Square and Stripe processor percents. Pricing and features claim 0% Opervo markup. They do not print a processor % rate card. Card / ACH / instant processor fees are a **GAP**.

## Trials

> Verified fact: Workiz’s pricing FAQ states a 7-day trial with no credit card.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pricing page and homepage state a 14-day trial with no credit card. If you do not subscribe, data is saved for 30 days. Full feature access is claimed.

Those offers are not interchangeable refund guarantees. A 7-day preview is not a 14-day Solo preview.

> Verified fact: Workiz pricing lists Online Booking with optional checkout and a client portal. Opervo’s pricing page lists a client portal with magic links, a service request form, Folio quote widget, automated texts, estimates, and invoicing on Solo.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pricing FAQ says SMS, client portal, portfolio page, estimates, and invoicing are included, with A2P 10DLC / Twilio language claimed. Workiz markets On my way / communications and lists automations (5 / 10 / 30 by plan). Per-message SMS dollars beyond marketing copy are a partial **GAP**. Genius Phone is sold separately.

> Verified fact: Opervo Solo includes 2 users (operator + helper). Team includes up to 10. There is no published per-user add-on on those cards. Workiz included seats stay a **GAP**.

> Editorial judgment: Trial length differs (7-day versus 14-day). Both fetched FAQs say no credit card. That is a checkout fact, not a quality score.

## When each is a reasonable fit

These are fit notes against published units and documented claims. They are not awards. Who each fits depends on wash-native Solo depth versus horizontal FSM / Desktop QBO / pricing on request.

> Editorial judgment: **Workiz** is for a shop that will request a written quote for Standard / Pro / Ultimate, wants the published PW industry page, wants QuickBooks Online and Desktop listed on Standard, and wants Workiz Pay with published ACH 1% and instant card payouts at 1.75% (+$0.50 min). Genius Phone, Answering, and Marketing are sold separately. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite measure are **NOT CLAIMED**. Monthly dollars stay **Request pricing**.

> Editorial judgment: **Opervo** is for a shop that wants a published Solo floor at $24.99/month (operator plus helper) or Team at $54.99/month (up to 10), with Measurement Tool satellite sketch, SH / surfactant / fuel cost logging, and Route My Day claimed on Solo, Square or Stripe at 0% Opervo markup, and Folio portfolio. A mix-ratio calculator is **NOT CLAIMED**. Processor % stays a **GAP**. QuickBooks is conflicted (prefer features: one-way invoices). Desktop is **NOT CLAIMED**. Founding 50 is a launch promotion. Do not use it as the core floor.

This page does not rank a winner. Quote Workiz in writing and quote Opervo at Solo $24.99 or Team $54.99, then compare the written totals. Workiz versus Jobber stays on [Workiz vs Jobber](/compare/workiz-vs-jobber). Opervo versus Jobber stays on [Opervo vs Jobber](/compare/opervo-vs-jobber). QuoteIQ versus Opervo stays on [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo). MakeWash versus Opervo stays on [MakeWash vs Opervo](/compare/makewash-vs-opervo). CrewNest versus Opervo stays on [CrewNest vs Opervo](/compare/crewnest-vs-opervo). Opervo versus Housecall Pro stays on [Opervo vs Housecall Pro](/compare/opervo-vs-housecall-pro). CrewNest versus Workiz stays on [CrewNest vs Workiz](/compare/crewnest-vs-workiz). The wider solo set, including $0 tools and tools with pricing on request, stays on the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators).

## What we did not verify / GAPs

> Verified fact: FLAG CONFLICT. Workiz matrix unlimited invoices versus FAQ “a minimum of 30 invoices and estimates per month.” Prefer the matrix.

> Verified fact: FLAG CONFLICT. Opervo features-page one-way Opervo to QBO invoices versus homepage “Two-way sync with QuickBooks Online and Google Calendar.” Prefer the features page for invoice direction. Desktop is **NOT CLAIMED**.

These rows stay unpublished on the fetched pages:

- Workiz public monthly floor: **GAP** (Request pricing only)
- Workiz included seats / extra-user $: **GAP**
- Workiz card processing percent: **Unverified** / **GAP**
- Workiz Genius add-on $: **Unverified**
- Workiz satellite square-footage takeoff: **NOT CLAIMED**
- Workiz SH / soft-wash dilution calculator: **NOT CLAIMED**
- Workiz named Folio product: **NOT CLAIMED**
- Opervo mix-ratio / dilution calculator: **NOT CLAIMED**
- Opervo Square / Stripe processor %: **GAP**
- Opervo live two-way QBO: **Unverified** (prefer features one-way invoices)
- Opervo QuickBooks Desktop: **NOT CLAIMED**

## What we did not do

We have not run these products on a live wash route. We are not recommending a single product. We are not publishing star ratings.

We did not redo the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators), the [free software guide](/guides/free-pressure-washing-software), the [soft wash guide](/guides/soft-wash-software), [Workiz vs Jobber](/compare/workiz-vs-jobber), [Opervo vs Jobber](/compare/opervo-vs-jobber), [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo), [MakeWash vs Opervo](/compare/makewash-vs-opervo), [CrewNest vs Opervo](/compare/crewnest-vs-opervo), [Opervo vs Housecall Pro](/compare/opervo-vs-housecall-pro), [CrewNest vs Workiz](/compare/crewnest-vs-workiz), or the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). Those pages stay the workflow, $0 taxonomy, soft-wash taxonomy, other two-product bake-offs, and QuickBooks taxonomy. This page is the Workiz versus Opervo bake-off only.

We did not invent a Workiz monthly price. We did not publish third-party dollar figures for Workiz plans. We did not invent a breakeven from a pricing-on-request floor and a Solo / Team sticker. We did not treat the Workiz PW industry page as a satellite or SH-chem spec. We did not invent a Workiz card percent. We did not invent an Opervo mix-ratio calculator. We did not treat Founding 50 as the core floor. We did not reprint Opervo competitor price tables as our facts. We did not invent Opervo Square or Stripe processor percents. We did not confirm Opervo QBO as live two-way. We did not invent Opervo Desktop QBO. We did not wire affiliate CTAs or tracking URLs.

PressureWashStack does not earn commissions or affiliate revenue. Links on this page are ordinary vendor URLs, not tracking links. See the [affiliate disclosure](/affiliate-disclosure). Other directory listings stay on the [directory](/directory).
