# Workiz vs Jobber

Workiz publishes Standard/Pro/Ultimate with Request pricing (no public monthly floor) plus a pressure-washing industry page and QuickBooks Online and Desktop claims. Jobber publishes Core from $29–$49/mo (billing mode) as a general FSM with a pressure-washing industry page. Live figures as of 2026-09-08. No winner.

Workiz and Jobber are horizontal field-service platforms with pressure-washing industry pages. Workiz sells Standard / Pro / Ultimate cards with pricing on request. Jobber publishes Core / Connect / Grow by seat band. Those units are not interchangeable, so this page does not name a winner. Figures are from vendor pages checked 2026-09-08. We have not tested either app.

## Two products

Both products are general field-service CRMs. Each publishes a dedicated pressure-washing industry page. A PW URL is not a wash-native spec sheet. Workiz hides the monthly floor behind Request pricing. Jobber prints 1-user seats. You cannot subtract a quote from a published seat and get a breakeven.

> Verified fact: Workiz’s [pressure washing industry page](https://www.workiz.com/industries/pressure-washing/) (retrieved 2026-09-08) markets scheduling, payments, communications, Good|Better|Best proposals, and location / traffic / expertise assignment. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite square-footage takeoffs are **NOT CLAIMED**.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s [pressure washing industry page](https://www.getjobber.com/industries/pressure-washing/) (retrieved 2026-09-08) markets generic quoting, map and routing, a Client Hub, invoicing, and a mobile app for a general field-service product. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite square-footage takeoffs are **NOT CLAIMED**.

See the [Workiz](/vendors/workiz) and [Jobber](/vendors/jobber) profiles for documented functions, still without a field test. This page is a two-product comparison only.

## How you pay

Workiz sells named plans with **Request pricing** and no public monthly dollar. Jobber sells a plan name plus a seat band. Those are different units.

On 2026-09-08, Workiz `/pricing-plans` still showed Standard / Pro / Ultimate with **Request pricing** and no monthly dollars, while Jobber `/pricing` still showed Core **Just me** at **$49 / $39 / $29** across no-commit / 1-year monthly / billed annually.

> Verified fact: Workiz pricing, workiz.com/pricing-plans, 2026-09-08. Every paid card is pricing on request.

| Plan | Public monthly floor | What the fetched matrix lists |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Standard | Request pricing | Scheduling, invoices, jobs, estimates, QuickBooks listed |
| Pro | Request pricing | Genius Scheduling (AI) on the Pro matrix |
| Ultimate | Request pricing | Sales proposals on the Ultimate card |

Seat dollars are a **GAP**. Genius Phone, Genius Answering, and Genius Marketing are sold separately with no published dollar. The annual discount is described only as “save $400+.” Do not budget from third-party Kickstart or Standard dollar reprints.

> Verified fact: FLAG CONFLICT. The public pricing matrix lists unlimited jobs, invoices, and estimates. The site [FAQ](https://www.workiz.com/faq/) (retrieved 2026-09-08) still mentions “a minimum of 30 invoices and estimates per month.” Prefer the matrix. Confirm the live cap in a quote.

> Verified fact: Jobber bills by plan and seat band. Live 1-user prices on getjobber.com/pricing, 2026-09-08:

| Plan (1 user) | No commitment | 1-year monthly | Billed annually |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Core | $49 | $39 | $29 |
| Connect | $139 | $119 | $99 |
| Grow | $199 | $169 | $149 |

The 1-user floor is Core at $49 with no commitment, $39 on a 1-year monthly commitment, or $29 billed annually. Connect, Grow, and Plus also publish multi-user bands. This page quotes the 1-user row as primary.

> Verified fact: Jobber add-ons on that pricing page are Marketing Suite $99/month, AI Receptionist $29/month, and Pipeline $49/month. Those tools are not included on Core, Connect, or Grow.

> Editorial judgment: A washer comparing Workiz Request pricing to Jobber Core $49 / $39 / $29 is comparing a quote to a sticker, not two complete ops stacks. Do not invent a Workiz monthly floor. Do not invent a breakeven. Get a written Workiz quote that includes users and Genius add-ons, then compare it to the Jobber plan that lists the feature you need.

## Soft-wash / satellite depth

Neither PW industry page claims wash-native quoting.

> Verified fact: Workiz’s [pressure washing page](https://www.workiz.com/industries/pressure-washing/) (retrieved 2026-09-08) does **NOT CLAIM** satellite square-footage takeoffs or SH / surfactant chemistry.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s [pressure washing page](https://www.getjobber.com/industries/pressure-washing/) (retrieved 2026-09-08) does **NOT CLAIM** satellite square-footage takeoffs or SH / surfactant inventory.

> Editorial judgment: A PW URL is not CrewNest-depth Soft Wash Chef or QuoteIQ-depth MapMeasure. If you need satellite sq ft or SH mix this month, neither product claims it on the fetched PW page. Use [CrewNest vs Jobber](/compare/crewnest-vs-jobber), [CrewNest vs QuoteIQ](/compare/crewnest-vs-quoteiq), and the [soft wash guide](/guides/soft-wash-software), not this bake-off.

## Schedule, route, and proposals

> Verified fact: Workiz’s [scheduling page](https://www.workiz.com/features/scheduling/) (retrieved 2026-09-08) claims drag-and-drop scheduling, technician routes, and Genius Scheduling (AI). The pricing matrix puts Genius Scheduling on Pro.

> Verified fact: The same Workiz PW page claims Good|Better|Best proposals and assignment by location, traffic, and expertise. The public matrix lists sales proposals on Ultimate. Confirm which proposal tool lands in a written quote.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s pricing matrix lists booking and scheduling on Core. [Route optimization help](https://help.getjobber.com/hc/en-us/articles/34303089729559-Route-Optimization-New-Schedule) (retrieved 2026-09-08) states the feature is available on Connect, Grow, and Plus.

> Verified fact: Jobber optional line items and rich quote visuals sit on Grow and up on the public matrix. The PW page markets quoting without restating that Grow+ gate.

> Editorial judgment: Workiz publishes an AI scheduling add on Pro and Good|Better|Best proposal language on the PW page. Jobber publishes route optimization on Connect+ and richer quote visuals on Grow+. Those are plan-row claims, not a field test.

## QuickBooks Online vs Desktop

Direction, objects, unpaid invoices, and Desktop stay on the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). This page locks the published gates.

> Verified fact: Workiz’s [QuickBooks integration page](https://www.workiz.com/integrations/quickbooks/) (retrieved 2026-09-08) claims QuickBooks **Online and Desktop**. After import, data continues one-way, Workiz to QuickBooks. The pricing matrix lists QuickBooks on Standard.

> Verified fact: Jobber lists QuickBooks Online sync from Connect. The [QuickBooks Online Sync feature page](https://www.getjobber.com/features/quickbooks-sync/) (retrieved 2026-09-08) and the [new-integration FAQ](https://help.getjobber.com/hc/en-us/articles/12642621815831-QuickBooks-Integration-FAQs-NEW-QuickBooks-Integration) (retrieved 2026-09-08) describe a one-way Jobber-to-QuickBooks Online sync. Jobber does not sync to QuickBooks Desktop. Clients from Desktop can be imported as a CSV.

> Editorial judgment: If Desktop is your books, Workiz is the product with a published Online and Desktop claim. If you need QBO this month and a printed monthly floor, do not budget Jobber Core. The published Jobber gate is Connect. Workiz dollars stay Request pricing. That Desktop contrast is a books-path fact, not a winner.

## Payments

> Verified fact: Workiz [Bank transfer (ACH) FAQ](https://help.workiz.com/hc/en-us/articles/18053157573521-Bank-transfer-ACH-FAQ) (retrieved 2026-09-08) states ACH at **1%**.

> Verified fact: Workiz [instant payouts help](https://help.workiz.com/hc/en-us/articles/18053114324753-Enabling-instant-payouts-for-card-payments) (retrieved 2026-09-08) states instant card payouts at **1.75%** plus a **$0.50** minimum, in addition to card processing.

> Unverified: Workiz card processing percent. Public [Workiz Pay FAQ](https://help.workiz.com/hc/en-us/articles/18054435740817-Workiz-Pay-FAQ) (retrieved 2026-09-08) does not print a card rate. The dashboard after signup is the place to confirm it.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s pricing page publishes card processing at 2.9% + 30¢, Tap to Pay at 2.7% + 30¢, ACH at 1%, and instant payouts at an extra 1%.

## Trials

> Verified fact: Workiz’s pricing FAQ states a 7-day trial with no credit card.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s pricing FAQ states a 14-day trial with Grow features and no credit card.

Those offers are not interchangeable refund guarantees. A 7-day preview is not a 14-day Grow preview.

> Editorial judgment: Trial length differs. Both fetched FAQs say no credit card. That is a checkout fact, not a quality score.

## Who each product is for

These are fit notes against published units and documented claims. They are not awards.

**Workiz** is for a shop that will request a written quote for Standard / Pro / Ultimate, wants the published PW industry page, and wants the QuickBooks Online and Desktop claim listed on Standard. Genius Phone, Answering, and Marketing are sold separately. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite measure are **NOT CLAIMED**. Monthly dollars stay **Request pricing**.

**Jobber** is for a shop that wants a Client Hub and seat-band billing, can enter on Core at $49 / $39 / $29, and can pay Connect for QBO and the documented route-optimization gate. Jobber does not sync to QuickBooks Desktop. Optional line items and rich quote visuals sit on Grow+. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite measure are **NOT CLAIMED**.

This page does not rank a winner. Quote Workiz in writing and quote Jobber at the plan that lists the feature you need, then compare the written totals. Housecall Pro versus Jobber stays on [Housecall Pro vs Jobber](/compare/housecall-pro-vs-jobber). CrewNest versus Jobber stays on [CrewNest vs Jobber](/compare/crewnest-vs-jobber). CrewNest versus Workiz stays on [CrewNest vs Workiz](/compare/crewnest-vs-workiz). The wider solo set, including $0 tools and tools with pricing on request, stays on the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators).

## What we did not do

We have not run these products on a live wash route. We are not recommending a single product. We are not publishing star ratings.

We did not redo the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators), the [free software guide](/guides/free-pressure-washing-software), the [soft wash guide](/guides/soft-wash-software), [Housecall Pro vs Jobber](/compare/housecall-pro-vs-jobber), [CrewNest vs Jobber](/compare/crewnest-vs-jobber), [CrewNest vs Workiz](/compare/crewnest-vs-workiz), or the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). Those pages stay the workflow, $0 taxonomy, soft-wash taxonomy, other two-product bake-offs, and QuickBooks taxonomy. This page is the Workiz versus Jobber bake-off only.

We did not invent a Workiz monthly price. We did not publish third-party Kickstart or Standard dollar figures. We did not invent a breakeven from a pricing-on-request floor and a Core sticker. We did not treat either PW industry page as a satellite or SH-chem spec. We did not invent a Workiz card percent.
