# QuoteIQ vs Workiz

QuoteIQ publishes named wash-heavy CRM floors from Essentials $29.99/mo (1 user) through Max $699, with MapMeasure on Beginner+, QuickBooks Online on Pro+, and inventory / route / InstaSchedule on Elite+. Workiz publishes Standard/Pro/Ultimate with Request pricing (no public monthly floor), Genius add-ons sold separately, QuickBooks Online and Desktop, ACH at 1%, and instant card payouts at 1.75% (+$0.50 min). Live figures as of 2026-09-24. No winner. Depends on published wash-gate matrix and MapMeasure versus Request-pricing scale, Desktop QBO, and the Genius surface.

QuoteIQ sells named plans with wash tools gated above a $29.99 Essentials floor. Workiz is a horizontal FSM with Request pricing and a pressure-washing industry page. Those units are not interchangeable, so this page does not name a winner. Figures are from vendor pages checked 2026-09-24. We have not tested either app.

## Two products

This is a PW and soft-wash-heavy CRM with aggressive plan gates versus a horizontal home-service FSM with a dedicated pressure-washing page and Request pricing. A PW URL is not a wash-native spec sheet. The products do not sell the same units.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ's [pricing page](https://myquoteiq.com/pricing/) and [2026 help article](https://intercom.help/quoteiq/en/articles/16152075-quoteiq-pricing-plans-2026) (retrieved 2026-09-24) market an all-in-one home-service CRM with estimates, invoices, scheduling, online payments, and IQ credits. Prefer that matrix and help for feature gates over soft-wash or PW SEO pages.

> Verified fact: Workiz's [pressure washing industry page](https://www.workiz.com/industries/pressure-washing/) (retrieved 2026-09-24) markets scheduling, payments, communications, Good|Better|Best proposals, and location / traffic / expertise assignment. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite square-footage takeoffs are **NOT CLAIMED**. A sodium hypochlorite dilution calculator is **NOT CLAIMED**. Treat the PW page as **thin**.

See the [QuoteIQ](/vendors/quoteiq) and [Workiz](/vendors/workiz) profiles for documented functions, still without a field test. This page is a two-product comparison only.

## How you pay

QuoteIQ sells flat named plans with a fixed user count and a feature gate on each tier. Workiz sells named plans with **Request pricing** and no public monthly dollar. You cannot subtract a quote from a published Essentials sticker and get a breakeven.

On 2026-09-24, QuoteIQ `/pricing` still showed Essentials $29.99/mo (and Beginner $74.99 / Pro $149.99 / Elite $299 / Max $699), while Workiz `/pricing-plans` still showed Standard / Pro / Ultimate with **Request pricing**.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ pricing and the 2026 help article, 2026-09-24. No dollar drift versus the locked floors.

| Plan | Users included | Monthly | Yearly (as published) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Essentials | 1 | $29.99 | $299.99/year |
| Beginner | 2 | $74.99 | $749.99/year |
| Pro | 4 | $149.99 | $1,499.99/year |
| Elite | 10 | $299 | $2,990/year |
| Max | Unlimited | $699 | $6,990/year |

The 1-user floor is Essentials at $29.99/month or $299.99/year. Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10. Unused IQ credits do not roll over.

> Verified fact: Workiz pricing, workiz.com/pricing-plans, 2026-09-24. Every paid card is pricing on request.

| Plan | Public monthly floor | What the fetched matrix lists |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Standard | Request pricing | Scheduling, invoices, jobs, estimates, QuickBooks listed |
| Pro | Request pricing | Genius Scheduling (AI) on the Pro matrix |
| Ultimate | Request pricing | Sales proposals and service plans on the Ultimate card |

Seat dollars are a **GAP**. Included-user counts and extra-seat dollars are **not published**. Genius Phone, Genius Answering, and Genius Marketing are sold separately with no published dollar. The annual discount is described only as "save $400+." Confirm add-ons and users in a written quote.

> Unverified: Workiz Genius Phone, Genius Answering, and Genius Marketing dollar floors. The pricing page labels them sold separately and prints no add-on $.

> Editorial judgment: A washer comparing QuoteIQ Essentials $29.99 to Workiz Request pricing is comparing an entry floor to a quote, not two complete ops stacks. Do not invent a Workiz monthly floor. Do not invent a $29.99 versus Standard breakeven. Price QuoteIQ at the plan that actually lists the wash feature you need. Get a written Workiz quote that includes users and Genius add-ons.

### Worked examples (published units only)

These rows use only published subscription units. They are arithmetic framing, not a field test and not a winner.

**A. QuoteIQ Essentials $29.99 versus Workiz Request pricing.** QuoteIQ Essentials is $29.99/month for 1 user with estimates, invoices, scheduling, and online payments on the matrix. MapMeasure, Job Costing, QBO, inventory, and route tools sit above Essentials. Workiz Standard / Pro / Ultimate cards print Request pricing and no public monthly dollar. An Essentials sticker is not the same stack as a card with pricing on request. Do not invent a Workiz monthly floor.

**B. QuoteIQ Beginner / Pro / Elite versus Workiz Request pricing.** Beginner unlocks MapMeasure Pro at $74.99/month. Pro unlocks Job Costing and QuickBooks Online at $149.99/month. Elite unlocks inventory, route optimization, and InstaSchedule at $299/month. Workiz still prints Request pricing. A gated QuoteIQ sticker versus a quote is not a like-for-like ops stack. Do not invent a breakeven.

**C. Workiz seat GAP versus QuoteIQ fixed user bands.** Workiz included seats and extra-user dollars stay unpublished. QuoteIQ publishes fixed users per plan. Do not invent a Workiz seat total. Do not invent a seat-to-seat breakeven.

## Soft-wash needs and plan gates

A soft-wash week often needs satellite takeoffs, SH / surfactant inventory, per-job chemical costing, routing, and a books connector. Those needs do not sit on both entry floors.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ's 2026 help article and public pricing matrix (retrieved 2026-09-24) list Standard, Options, Package, and Quick estimates on every plan, including Essentials. MapMeasure Pro (satellite sq ft, linear ft, meters, roof and pitch) starts at Beginner. Job costing and QuickBooks Online start at Pro. Inventory management, route optimization, route density, dispatching, and InstaSchedule start at Elite.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ's [soft-washing CRM page](https://myquoteiq.com/crm-for-soft-washing) (retrieved 2026-09-24) describes satellite measurement, sodium hypochlorite inventory, per-job chemical costing, and route tools next to a starting-at-$29.99 line. That SEO copy does not match the public pricing matrix or the 2026 help article. Trust the matrix and help for gates.

> Verified fact: Workiz's PW page and pricing page do **NOT CLAIM** soft-wash chemistry tracking or an SH / surfactant dilution calculator. Satellite / aerial square-footage takeoff is **NOT CLAIMED**.

> Editorial judgment: If you need satellite takeoffs this month, the published QuoteIQ gate is Beginner, not Essentials. If you need job costing this month, the published QuoteIQ gate is Pro. If you need inventory, routing, or customer self-booking this month, the published QuoteIQ gate is Elite. Workiz does **NOT CLAIM** soft-wash chem or satellite on the fetched PW and pricing pages. Those are not the same chem or takeoff tools.

## Feature comparison

Satellite takeoff, chemistry, routing, books, payments, seats, and trial friction sit on different published units. Do not treat a row on one card as a row on the other.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ MapMeasure Pro is listed from Beginner on the public matrix and help. Workiz's PW page claims estimates and Good|Better|Best / sales proposals. The public matrix lists sales proposals on Ultimate. Satellite / aerial square-footage takeoff is **NOT CLAIMED** on that PW page and on the fetched pricing page.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ lists Job Costing from Pro and Inventory from Elite. Soft-wash SEO sells chem inventory next to entry pricing. Prefer the matrix. Workiz soft-wash chem stays **NOT CLAIMED**.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ lists Route Optimization, Route Density, and Dispatching from Elite. Internal job scheduling sits on every plan. Workiz's PW page claims assign by location / traffic / expertise. Genius Scheduling (AI) sits on the Pro matrix. The exact "route optimization" plan gate is less documented than some competitors. That gate is a partial **GAP**.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ lists QuickBooks Online from Pro. The [integration help](https://intercom.help/quoteiq/en/articles/14442991-quickbooks-integration-sync-invoices-amp-payments-automatically) (retrieved 2026-09-24) states it syncs with QuickBooks Online, is not on Essentials or Beginner, and is **not currently supported on QuickBooks Desktop**. Workiz's [QuickBooks integration page](https://www.workiz.com/integrations/quickbooks/) (retrieved 2026-09-24) claims QuickBooks **Online and Desktop**. After import, data continues one-way, Workiz to QuickBooks. The pricing matrix lists QuickBooks on Standard.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ publishes fixed users per plan. Workiz included seats stay a **GAP**. Extra-user dollars are **not published**.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ processes customer payments through Stripe. Workiz Pay claims online payments, estimate deposits, and Tap to pay. ACH **1%** and instant card payouts at **1.75%** plus a **$0.50** minimum are printed on Workiz help. Workiz card % stays a **GAP**.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ ClientHub / portal language sits from Pro. InstaSchedule is Elite+. Workiz pricing lists Online Booking with optional checkout and a client portal.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ's 2026 help article states a 14-day trial on the chosen plan, one trial per account, credit or debit card required, and 250 IQ credits on every trial tier. Workiz's pricing FAQ states a 7-day trial with no credit card. Those offers are not interchangeable. A card-required trial with a 250-credit meter is not the same as a no-card 7-day preview.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ offline field use is a **GAP**. It is not clearly claimed on the pricing page or the 2026 help article we fetched. Workiz's PW page claims a mobile app. Offline PWA parity on Workiz is a **GAP**.

> Verified fact: Workiz Genius Phone, Genius Answering, and Genius Marketing are sold separately with no published dollar. QuoteIQ ClientHub calling and texting sit from Pro and are not a Genius-class separate phone SKU.

> Editorial judgment: If you need MapMeasure or Elite inventory / routing this month, QuoteIQ publishes those gates. If you need soft-wash chemistry this month, Workiz does **NOT CLAIM** it on the fetched PW and pricing pages. If you need QBO this month, do not budget QuoteIQ Essentials or Beginner. If Desktop is your books, Workiz is the product that publishes Online and Desktop on the Standard path. QuoteIQ help says Desktop is not supported. Those are vendor claims and plan rows, not a field test.

## Payments

> Verified fact: FLAG CONFLICT. QuoteIQ's [pressure-washing CRM page](https://myquoteiq.com/industries/pressure-washing-software/) (retrieved 2026-09-24) prints "Stripe fees: 2.9% + $0.30 + 1% platform fee per transaction." The [payments help article](https://intercom.help/quoteiq/en/articles/11182587-how-to-set-up-and-collect-payments) (retrieved 2026-09-24) states transactions are subject to payment processing fees, platform fees, and other applicable charges, without reprinting a settled percent. The [Payments Terms of Service](https://myquoteiq.com/quoteiq-payments-terms-of-service/) also mention processing and platform fees without a rate card. This page labels both. It does not pick a side. Exact QuoteIQ card / ACH / instant % stays unsettled on the fetched help and Terms pages.

> Verified fact: Workiz [Bank transfer (ACH) FAQ](https://help.workiz.com/hc/en-us/articles/18053157573521-Bank-transfer-ACH-FAQ) (retrieved 2026-09-24) states ACH 1%. Typical posting is 6 to 8 business days.

> Verified fact: Workiz [instant payouts help](https://help.workiz.com/hc/en-us/articles/18053114324753-Enabling-instant-payouts-for-card-payments) (retrieved 2026-09-24) states instant card payouts at **1.75%** plus a **$0.50** minimum, in addition to card processing.

> Unverified: Workiz card processing percent. Public Workiz Pay help and pricing pages fetched 2026-09-24 do not print a card rate. The dashboard after signup is the place to confirm it. Card % is a **GAP**.

## QuickBooks Online

Direction, objects, unpaid invoices, and Desktop stay on the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). This page locks the published gates.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ lists QuickBooks Online from Pro. Help says Desktop is not currently supported. Do not budget Essentials or Beginner for QBO.

> Verified fact: Workiz's [QuickBooks integration page](https://www.workiz.com/integrations/quickbooks/) (retrieved 2026-09-24) claims QuickBooks **Online and Desktop**. After import, data continues one-way, Workiz to QuickBooks. The pricing matrix lists QuickBooks on Standard.

> Editorial judgment: If you need QBO this month, do not budget QuoteIQ Essentials or Beginner. If Desktop is your books and you want that claim on Standard, Workiz is the product that publishes Online and Desktop on the entry paid matrix. Workiz dollars stay Request pricing. That Desktop contrast is a books-path fact, not a winner.

## Trials

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ's 2026 help article states a 14-day trial on the chosen plan, one trial per account, credit or debit card required, and 250 IQ credits on every trial tier (not the paid monthly allotment). Changing plans during the trial ends the trial and bills the card immediately for the new plan.

> Verified fact: Workiz's pricing FAQ states a 7-day trial with no credit card.

Those offers are not interchangeable. A card-required trial with a 250-credit meter is not a no-card 7-day preview.

> Editorial judgment: Trial friction differs. QuoteIQ asks for a card up front. Workiz's no-card 7-day trial is a checkout fact, not a quality score.

## Who each fits

These are fit notes against published units and documented claims. They are not awards. Who each fits depends on published wash-gate matrix and MapMeasure versus Request-pricing scale, Desktop QBO, and the Genius surface.

> Editorial judgment: **QuoteIQ** is for a shop that wants a published sub-$30 Essentials floor, accepts an IQ-credit meter, and can move to Beginner, Pro, or Elite when MapMeasure, QuickBooks, inventory, routing, or InstaSchedule appear on the matrix. Options Estimates are documented on every plan. Soft-wash chemistry and SH inventory are not documented on Essentials. Offline field use is a **GAP**. Desktop QBO is not supported. Stripe % stays unsettled (FLAG CONFLICT).

> Editorial judgment: **Workiz** is for a shop that will request a written quote for Standard / Pro / Ultimate, wants the published PW industry page, wants QuickBooks Online and Desktop listed on Standard, and wants Workiz Pay with published ACH 1% and instant card payouts at 1.75% (+$0.50 min). Genius Phone, Answering, and Marketing are sold separately. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite measure are **NOT CLAIMED**. Monthly dollars stay **Request pricing**. Seat dollars stay a **GAP**. Card % stays a **GAP**.

## What we did not verify / GAPs

These rows stay unpublished or unsettled on the fetched pages:

- QuoteIQ exact Stripe / platform fee percent: **FLAG CONFLICT** / unsettled (PW footnote vs help / Terms without a settled %)
- QuoteIQ offline field use: **GAP**
- QuoteIQ QuickBooks Desktop: **not supported** (help)
- Workiz public monthly floor: **GAP** (Request pricing only)
- Workiz included seats / extra-user $: **GAP**
- Workiz card processing percent: **Unverified** / **GAP**
- Workiz Genius add-on $: **Unverified**
- Workiz exact route-optimization plan gate: partial **GAP**
- Workiz satellite square-footage takeoff: **NOT CLAIMED**
- Workiz SH / soft-wash dilution calculator: **NOT CLAIMED**

## What we did not do

We have not run these products on a live wash route. We are not recommending a single product. We are not publishing star ratings.

Those pages stay the workflow, $0 taxonomy, soft-wash taxonomy, other two-product bake-offs, and QuickBooks taxonomy. This page is the QuoteIQ versus Workiz bake-off only.

We did not treat QuoteIQ soft-wash SEO as the plan matrix. We did not invent a settled QuoteIQ Stripe percent. We did not pick a side on the QuoteIQ fee FLAG CONFLICT. We did not invent QuoteIQ Desktop QBO. We did not invent a Workiz monthly price. We did not publish third-party Kickstart or Standard dollar figures. We did not invent a breakeven from a $29.99 floor and a pricing-on-request card. We did not treat the Workiz PW industry page as a satellite or SH-chem spec. We did not invent a Workiz card percent. We did not invent Workiz seat dollars or Genius add-on dollars. We did not wire affiliate CTAs or tracking URLs.
