QuoteIQ sells named plans with feature gates. Opervo sells a flat Solo or Team bill with every feature claimed on both. Those units are not interchangeable, so this page does not name a cheaper product or a winner. Figures are from vendor pages checked 2026-09-06. We have not tested either app.

## Two products

This is a gated soft-wash CRM versus a flat Solo/Team field-service app. QuoteIQ publishes a five-plan matrix and puts satellite measure, job costing, inventory, routing, and QuickBooks above the Essentials floor. Opervo publishes two cards and states that features are not gated by tier.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ’s pricing page and 2026 help article market an all-in-one home-service CRM with estimates, invoices, scheduling, online payments, and IQ credits. They do not publish a pressure-washing-only spec sheet on those URLs.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s homepage and pricing page market a horizontal field-service product for solo operators in pressure washing, window cleaning, detailing, and similar trades. The [pressure-washing page](https://www.opervo.io/pressure-washing) is the wash-native claim set (chem cost, satellite sketch, Route My Day).

See the [QuoteIQ](/vendors/quoteiq) and [Opervo](/vendors/opervo) profiles for documented functions, still without a field test. Solo-operator notes for the wider set stay on the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators). $0 language stays on the [free software guide](/guides/free-pressure-washing-software). Seat-versus-plan math for QuoteIQ versus Jobber stays on [QuoteIQ vs Jobber](/compare/quoteiq-vs-jobber). QuickBooks direction and Desktop stay on the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). This page is a two-product comparison only.

## How you pay

QuoteIQ sells flat named plans with a fixed user count and a feature gate on each tier. Opervo sells Solo or Team, claims every feature on both, and charges no per-user add-on. You cannot subtract one published dollar from the other and get a breakeven.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ pricing and the 2026 help article, 2026-09-06.

| Plan | Users included | Monthly | Yearly (as published) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Essentials | 1 | $29.99 | $299.99/year |
| Beginner | 2 | $74.99 | $749.99/year |
| Pro | 4 | $149.99 | $1,499.99/year |
| Elite | 10 | $299 | $2,990/year |
| Max | Unlimited | $699 | $6,990/year |

The 1-user floor is Essentials at $29.99/month or $299.99/year. Yearly cards also show an equivalent monthly figure. Unused IQ credits do not roll over.

> Verified fact: Opervo pricing, 2026-09-06.

| Plan | Users included | Monthly | Yearly (as published) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Solo | Operator + 1 helper | $24.99 | $249/year |
| Team | Up to 10 | $54.99 | $549/year |

The Solo floor is $24.99/month or $249/year. Team is $54.99/month or $549/year. The pricing page states a 14-day trial with no credit card. Annual Solo is described as saving $51 versus monthly; Team annual as saving $111.

> Verified fact: We did not import Opervo’s on-page Jobber, Housecall Pro, GorillaDesk, or Markate price or feature tables as PressureWashStack facts. Ignore those competitor columns.

The homepage also advertises Lifetime Passes and a Founding 50 Solo lock. Those are separate from the $24.99 / $54.99 subscription cards. Confirm which offer is still open before you model it.

> Editorial judgment: A solo washer comparing $29.99 QuoteIQ Essentials to $24.99 Opervo Solo is comparing two entry floors, not two complete ops stacks. Price the QuoteIQ plan that actually lists the feature you need before you call either one cheaper.

## Soft-wash quoting depth and gates

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ’s 2026 help article lists Standard, Options, Package, and Quick estimates on every plan, including Essentials. MapMeasure Pro (satellite sq ft, linear ft, meters, roof and pitch) starts at Beginner. Job costing and QuickBooks Online start at Pro. Inventory management and route optimization start at Elite.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ’s [soft-washing CRM page](https://myquoteiq.com/crm-for-soft-washing) describes satellite measurement, sodium hypochlorite inventory, per-job chemical costing, and route tools in the same breath as “starting at $29.99/month,” and it says features are included on every plan unless noted. That copy does not match the public pricing matrix or the 2026 help article. Trust the help matrix. Treat the SEO page as overselling the Essentials floor.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s [pressure-washing page](https://www.opervo.io/pressure-washing) and [features page](https://www.opervo.io/features) claim per-job SH, surfactant, and fuel logging (Revenue − Supplies = Profit) plus sketch-on-satellite pricing at your $/sqft rate. Both pages state those tools are included on Solo.

> Editorial judgment: If you need satellite takeoffs this month, the published QuoteIQ gate is Beginner, not Essentials. If you need job costing this month, the published gate is Pro. If you need inventory or routing this month, the published gate is Elite. Options Estimates are documented on every QuoteIQ plan. Opervo claims chem, supplies, and satellite sketch on Solo. Those Opervo lines are vendor claims, not a PressureWashStack field test.

## Schedule, route, and offline

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ lists internal job scheduling and Google Calendar sync on every plan. Route optimization and route density zones are listed from Elite.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s features page documents “Route My Day” (one tap: geolocate, order today’s stops, miles and ETA, hand off to Google Maps) and a longer Route page with road distance. The pressure-washing page repeats Route My Day. Pricing and features both say every feature is on Solo.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s homepage and features page document “offline payments”: log cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle, and auto-create the invoice if one is missing. That is a payment-method log. It is not a documented full offline field-service mode (quotes, photos, invoices, signatures without signal).

> Unverified: QuoteIQ offline field use (quotes, photos, invoices, signatures without signal) is a gap. It is not confirmed on the pricing page or the 2026 help article we fetched.

> Unverified: Full Opervo offline quoting, photos, and invoices without signal. Offline payments are not the same claim.

> Editorial judgment: If your week includes dead-zone streets, neither product publishes a complete offline FSM. Opervo at least publishes an offline-payment log. QuoteIQ does not publish an offline list. That is not a field test of either app.

## Payments

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pricing FAQ and features page state that client payments go through the operator’s own Square or Stripe account with zero Opervo markup. You still pay the processor.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ processes customer payments through Stripe. Card rates and any platform or convenience fee are a confirm-on-trial item. They are not settled on this page.

PressureWashStack does not earn commissions or affiliate revenue. Links on this page are ordinary vendor URLs, not tracking links. See the [affiliate disclosure](/affiliate-disclosure).

## QuickBooks Online

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ lists QuickBooks Online integration from Pro. The [troubleshooting article](https://intercom.help/quoteiq/en/articles/15937606-quickbooks-sync-troubleshooting-why-it-failed-and-how-to-fix-it) states the sync is one-way QuoteIQ to QuickBooks Online. Changes in QuickBooks do not come back. Desktop is not supported. Prefer that help over the [Pro plan page](https://myquoteiq.com/pricing/pro/) “Two-way sync” marketing line.

> Verified fact: FLAG CONFLICT. Opervo’s [features page](https://www.opervo.io/features) claims QuickBooks Online invoice sync one way, Opervo to QuickBooks. The [homepage](https://www.opervo.io/) prints “two-way sync with QuickBooks Online.” The [cheapest FSM blog](https://www.opervo.io/blog/cheapest-field-service-management-software) still says “QuickBooks integration is still in progress.”

> Unverified: Whether a live Opervo to QBO invoice sync exists on a current Solo account. Features, homepage, and the blog do not agree. We will not confirm it live.

> Editorial judgment: If you need automatic QBO this month, do not budget QuoteIQ Essentials or Beginner. The published gate is Pro, and help is one-way. Do not budget Opervo as a finished QuickBooks connector until a trial shows the features-page sync, not the homepage two-way line or the blog’s “still in progress.” Direction, objects, unpaid invoices, and Desktop stay on the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks).

## Trials

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ’s 2026 help article states a 14-day trial on the chosen plan, one trial per account, credit or debit card required, and 250 IQ credits on every trial tier (not the paid monthly allotment). Changing plans during the trial, upgrade or downgrade, ends the trial and bills the card immediately for the new plan.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pricing page and homepage state a 14-day trial with no credit card. If you do not subscribe, data is saved for 30 days.

Those offers are not interchangeable refund guarantees. A card-required trial with a 250-credit meter is not the same as a no-card Solo preview.

## Who each product is for

These are fit notes against published units and documented claims. They are not awards.

**QuoteIQ** is for a shop that wants a published sub-$30 Essentials floor, accepts an IQ-credit meter, and can move to Beginner, Pro, or Elite when MapMeasure, QuickBooks, inventory, or routing appear on the matrix. Options Estimates are documented on every plan. Soft-wash chemistry and SH inventory are not documented on Essentials.

**Opervo** is for a shop that wants a published Solo floor at $24.99/month (operator plus helper) or Team at $54.99/month (up to 10), with chem/supplies logging, satellite sketch, and Route My Day claimed on Solo, and Square or Stripe at 0% Opervo markup. QuickBooks is conflicted. Offline payments are not a full offline FSM.

This page does not rank a winner. Quote both at the plan that lists the feature you need, then compare the written totals. QuoteIQ versus Jobber units stay on [QuoteIQ vs Jobber](/compare/quoteiq-vs-jobber). QuoteIQ versus Housecall Pro stays on [QuoteIQ vs Housecall Pro](/compare/quoteiq-vs-housecall-pro). Housecall Pro versus Jobber stays on [Housecall Pro vs Jobber](/compare/housecall-pro-vs-jobber). CrewNest versus Opervo stays on [CrewNest vs Opervo](/compare/crewnest-vs-opervo). The wider solo set, including $0 tools and tools with pricing on request, stays on the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators).

## What we did not do

We have not run these products on a live wash route. We are not recommending a single product. We are not publishing star ratings.

We did not redo the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators), the [free software guide](/guides/free-pressure-washing-software), [QuoteIQ vs Jobber](/compare/quoteiq-vs-jobber), or the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). Those pages stay the workflow, $0 taxonomy, two-generalist comparison, and QuickBooks taxonomy. This page is the QuoteIQ versus Opervo bake-off only.

We did not import Opervo competitor price tables as our facts. We did not treat QuoteIQ’s soft-wash SEO page as the plan matrix. We did not confirm Opervo QBO as live. We did not invent a QuoteIQ offline mode.

PressureWashStack does not earn commissions or affiliate revenue. Links on this page are ordinary vendor URLs, not tracking links. See the [affiliate disclosure](/affiliate-disclosure). Other directory listings stay on the [directory](/directory).
