# Opervo vs Housecall Pro

Opervo is a solo/small-crew field-service app at Solo $24.99/mo (2 users) or Team $54.99/mo, claiming Measurement Tool satellite sketch, SH/surfactant/fuel cost logging, and Route My Day on Solo with 0% Opervo payment markup via Square/Stripe. Housecall Pro is a horizontal FSM with a pressure-washing industry page and Basic $59/$79 · Essentials $149/$189 · MAX $299/$329 (MAX extra user $35/mo), plus published payments fees and QBO gated to Essentials/MAX. Live figures as of 2026-09-15. No winner. Depends on wash-native Solo depth vs horizontal FSM ecosystem, Desktop QBO, and published processing fees.

Opervo is a solo and small-crew field-service app at Solo $24.99 or Team $54.99. Housecall Pro is a horizontal FSM with a pressure-washing industry page and Basic at $59/$79. Those units are not interchangeable, so this page does not name a winner. Figures are from vendor pages checked 2026-09-15. We have not tested either app.

## Two products

This is a flat Solo/Team field-service app with wash-native measure, chem-cost, and route claims versus a horizontal field-service platform that publishes a pressure-washing industry page. A PW URL is not a wash-native spec sheet. The products do not sell the same units.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s homepage and [pricing page](https://www.opervo.io/pricing) (retrieved 2026-09-15) market a horizontal field-service product for solo operators in pressure washing, window cleaning, detailing, and similar trades. The [pressure-washing page](https://www.opervo.io/pressure-washing) and [features page](https://www.opervo.io/features) are the wash-native claim set (Measurement Tool satellite sketch, SH / surfactant / fuel cost logging, Route My Day, Folio portfolio, CSV import).

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro’s [pressure washing software page](https://www.housecallpro.com/industries/pressure-washing-software/) (retrieved 2026-09-15) markets scheduling, estimates, invoicing, a CRM and customer portal, a price book, online booking, cards/ACH/wallets, and a mobile app. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite square-footage takeoffs are **NOT CLAIMED**. A sodium hypochlorite dilution calculator is **NOT CLAIMED**. Inventory language on that page is generic “track parts,” not SH or surfactant mix tools. Treat the PW page as **thin**.

See the [Opervo](/vendors/opervo) and [Housecall Pro](/vendors/housecall-pro) profiles for documented functions, still without a field test. This page is a two-product comparison only.

> Verified fact: We did not reprint Opervo’s on-page competitor price or feature tables, including any Housecall Pro “2.59% + $0.10” processing column, as PressureWashStack facts. ## How you pay

Opervo sells Solo or Team, claims every feature on both, and charges no per-user add-on. Housecall Pro sells named plans with a fixed included-user count and a published MAX extra-user add-on. You cannot subtract one published dollar from the other and get a breakeven.

> Verified fact: Opervo pricing, opervo.io/pricing, 2026-09-15.

| Plan | Users included | Monthly | Yearly (as published) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Solo | Operator + 1 helper (2 users) | $24.99 | $249/year |
| Team | Up to 10 | $54.99 | $549/year |

The Solo floor is $24.99/month or $249/year. Team is $54.99/month or $549/year. Growth for teams over 10 is custom. The pricing page states a 14-day trial with no credit card. Annual Solo is described as saving $51 versus monthly; Team annual as saving $111.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro pricing, housecallpro.com/pricing, 2026-09-15. The page still titles From $59/mo.

| Plan | Users included | Extra users | Annual (per mo) | Monthly |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Basic | 1 | n/a | $59 | $79 |
| Essentials | 5 | GAP (not printed on this fetch) | $149 | $189 |
| MAX | 8 | $35/mo each | $299 | $329 |

The 1-user floor is Basic at $59/month billed annually or $79/month monthly. MAX extra users print *$35/mo per additional user on the live card. Essentials on-card overage beyond 5 users was not printed tonight. That overage is a **GAP**. Do not reuse stale $100 Essentials or $75 MAX extra-user figures from older fetches.

> Verified fact: On 2026-09-15, Opervo /pricing still showed Solo $24.99/mo or $249/yr (2 users) and Team $54.99/mo or $549/yr (up to 10), while Housecall Pro /pricing still showed Basic $59/$79, Essentials $149/$189 (5 users), and MAX $299/$329 (8 users) with MAX extra $35/mo.

> Verified fact: The [homepage](https://www.opervo.io/) (retrieved 2026-09-15) also advertises a Founding 50 Solo lock at $15/mo for life (limited) and Lifetime Passes at $499 Solo and $1,499 Team. Those are launch promotions, not a third pricing column. This page does not use Founding 50 or Lifetime as the core floor. Prefer Solo $24.99 and Team $54.99.

> Verified fact: The same 2026-09-15 Housecall Pro pricing fetch still listed **job costing** under Basic (“Everything included, plus”). Confirm in a trial before you budget job costing as a Basic-only reason to buy.

> Editorial judgment: A washer comparing Opervo Solo $24.99 (2 users) to Housecall Pro Basic $59/$79 (1 user) is comparing two entry floors, not two complete ops stacks. Opervo Team $54.99 (up to 10) versus Housecall Pro Essentials $149/$189 (5 users) is also not like-for-like: seat rules, satellite, route gates, and published processing cards differ. Do not invent a breakeven. Do not model Founding 50 or Lifetime Pass dollars as the default bill. Do not invent an Essentials extra-user dollar.

### Worked examples (published units only)

These rows use only the subscription cards above. They are arithmetic on published floors, not a field test and not a winner.

**A. Opervo Solo $24.99 versus Housecall Pro Basic $59/$79.** Opervo Solo is $24.99/month or $249/year for the operator plus one helper, with every feature claimed on Solo. Housecall Pro Basic is $59/month billed annually or $79/month monthly for 1 user. A two-user Solo card is not the same stack as a one-user Basic card.

**B. Opervo Team $54.99 / up to 10 versus Housecall Pro Essentials $149/$189 / 5 users.** Opervo Team is $54.99/month or $549/year for up to 10 members and no per-user add-on. Housecall Pro Essentials is $149/$189 for 5 included users. Essentials overage beyond 5 is a **GAP**. Do not invent a six-user Essentials total.

**C. Housecall Pro MAX extra $35 versus Opervo no per-user add-on.** MAX is $299/$329 for 8 included users, then $35/month per additional user. Opervo Team caps at 10 on the published card, then custom Growth. Do not invent a nine-user Opervo total. Do not invent a MAX-plus-one versus Team breakeven.

### Processing fees

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pricing FAQ and features page state that client payments go through the operator’s own Square or Stripe account with zero Opervo markup (0% platform markup). You still pay the processor.

> Unverified: Opervo Square and Stripe processor percents. Pricing and features claim 0% Opervo markup. They do not print a processor % rate card. Card / ACH / instant processor fees are a **GAP**.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro pricing and FAQ list card processing **as low as 2.59%** and bank payments at **1%**. Invoices and payments sit on Basic.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro’s [payment processing help](https://help.housecallpro.com/en/articles/2046930-housecall-pro-payment-processing-options) (retrieved 2026-09-15) publishes a rate card: reader / Tap to Pay **2.59%**; online invoice cards **2.99%**; manual, card-on-file, Amex, and commercial cards **3.49%**; ACH **1%**; Instapay **+1%**; PayPal / Venmo **2.99%**; Klarna / Pay Later **4.99%**; Tap to Pay **+$5 per active device per month**. That help article is the HCP fee card. An Opervo competitor table is not.

## Wash-day tools

Satellite takeoff, chemistry, routing, and Folio sit on different published units. Do not treat a row on one card as a row on the other.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s [features page](https://www.opervo.io/features) and [pressure-washing page](https://www.opervo.io/pressure-washing) (retrieved 2026-09-15) claim a Measurement Tool: sketch on Google Maps satellite, then price at your $/sqft rate, included on Solo. Housecall Pro’s PW page does **NOT CLAIM** satellite square-footage takeoffs.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pressure-washing and features pages claim per-job SH, surfactant, and fuel cost logging (Revenue − Supplies = Profit). An Opervo mix-ratio / dilution calculator is **NOT CLAIMED**. That log is a **GAP** if you need a published mix calculator. Housecall Pro’s PW page does **NOT CLAIM** a soft-wash chemistry tool or an SH dilution calculator.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s features page documents Route My Day (one tap: geolocate, order today’s stops, miles and ETA, hand off to Google Maps). The pressure-washing page repeats Route My Day. Pricing and features both say every feature, including Solo route optimization, is on Solo.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro pricing lists Routes (group and sequence jobs) on Essentials. Route optimization (reorder by drive time and live traffic) sits on MAX. Employee GPS tracking sits on Essentials and MAX.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pricing and features pages claim a Folio portfolio / public portfolio page, included on Solo.

> Editorial judgment: If you need a named satellite takeoff SKU this month, Opervo publishes Measurement Tool on Solo. Housecall Pro’s PW page does not claim one. If you need SH / surfactant / fuel dollars against revenue, that is an Opervo claim. If you need a mix-ratio or SH dilution calculator, neither product claims one on the fetched pages. If you need named route optimization this month, Opervo publishes Route My Day on Solo; Housecall Pro publishes route optimization on MAX (Routes only on Essentials). Those are vendor claims and plan rows, not a field test.

## Accounting & payments

Direction, objects, unpaid invoices, and Desktop stay on the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). This page locks the published gates and the HCP fee card.

> Verified fact: FLAG CONFLICT. Opervo’s [features page](https://www.opervo.io/features) (retrieved 2026-09-15) claims QuickBooks Online invoice sync one way, Opervo to QuickBooks. The [homepage](https://www.opervo.io/) prints “Two-way sync with QuickBooks Online and Google Calendar.” Prefer the features page for invoice direction (one-way invoices, Opervo to QBO). QuickBooks Desktop is **NOT CLAIMED**.

> Unverified: Whether a live Opervo to QBO invoice sync exists on a current Solo account. Homepage and features do not agree on direction. We will not confirm it live.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro [QBO onboarding help](https://help.housecallpro.com/en/articles/3006688-quickbooks-online-integration-onboarding-guide) (retrieved 2026-09-15) states you must be on Essentials or MAX to connect QuickBooks Online. The Essentials pricing card uses import language (“Import your existing QuickBooks data into Housecall Pro”). That import is not the same as ongoing two-way invoice sync.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro publishes [QuickBooks Desktop onboarding](https://help.housecallpro.com/en/articles/4327479-quickbooks-desktop-integration-onboarding-guide) (retrieved 2026-09-15) for a Web Connector path. The public pricing grid does not state a Desktop plan gate as clearly as the QBO Essentials row. That gap is unlabeled on the pricing cards. Confirm Desktop eligibility in help or a trial.

> Verified fact: Opervo processor % stays a **GAP**. Housecall Pro prints the help rate card above. Do not treat Opervo’s 0% markup line as a Housecall Pro fee, and do not treat an Opervo competitor “2.59% + $0.10” column as the HCP card.

> Editorial judgment: If Desktop is your books, Housecall Pro is the product with a documented Desktop path. Opervo does **NOT CLAIM** Desktop. If you need QBO this month, do not budget Housecall Pro Basic, and do not budget Opervo as a finished two-way QuickBooks connector until a trial shows the features-page one-way invoice sync, not the homepage two-way line. The published Housecall Pro QBO gate is Essentials or MAX.

## Seats, booking, SMS, trial

> Verified fact: Opervo Solo includes 2 users (operator + helper). Team includes up to 10. There is no published per-user add-on on those cards.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro Basic includes 1 user. Essentials includes 5 users. MAX includes 8 users, then $35/mo per additional user. Essentials overage beyond 5 is a **GAP**.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro pricing lists online booking on Basic. The PW page repeats online booking. Opervo’s pricing page lists a client portal with magic links, a portfolio page, automated texts, estimates, and invoicing on Solo. A named customer self-booking SKU on Opervo is **NOT CLAIMED** on the fetched pricing, features, and pressure-washing pages.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pricing FAQ says SMS, client portal, portfolio page, estimates, and invoicing are included. Housecall Pro’s PW page claims on-my-way texts. A full Housecall Pro SMS rate card (segments, overage) is a **GAP**.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pricing page and homepage state a 14-day trial with no credit card. If you do not subscribe, data is saved for 30 days.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro’s pricing FAQ states a 14-day trial on the MAX feature set, no credit card. Data is kept if the trial expires.

Those offers are not interchangeable refund guarantees. A no-card Solo preview is not a no-card MAX preview.

> Editorial judgment: Trial length matches at 14 days. Both fetched pages say no credit card. That is a checkout fact, not a quality score. Seat math is not a breakeven: 2 Opervo Solo users are not 1 Housecall Pro Basic user, and 10 Opervo Team users are not 5 Housecall Pro Essentials users plus an unpublished overage.

## Who each fits

These are fit notes against published units and documented claims. They are not awards.

> Editorial judgment: **Opervo** is for a shop that wants a published Solo floor at $24.99/month (operator plus helper) or Team at $54.99/month (up to 10), with Measurement Tool satellite sketch, SH / surfactant / fuel cost logging, and Route My Day claimed on Solo, Square or Stripe at 0% Opervo markup, Folio portfolio, and CSV import. A mix-ratio calculator is **NOT CLAIMED**. Processor % stays a **GAP**. QuickBooks is conflicted (prefer features: one-way invoices). Desktop is **NOT CLAIMED**. Founding 50 and Lifetime Pass are launch promotions. Do not use them as the core floor.

> Editorial judgment: **Housecall Pro** is for a shop that sells wash work as one line among other home-service trades, can enter on Basic at $59/$79, and can pay Essentials for Routes, GPS, and the listed QBO row, or MAX for route optimization. MAX extra users print $35/mo. Essentials overage is a **GAP**. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite measure are **NOT CLAIMED** on the PW page. Job costing is listed on the Basic card on this fetch; confirm in a trial. Card, ACH, Instapay, and Tap to Pay percents are printed on the help rate card.

This page does not rank a winner. Quote Opervo at Solo $24.99 or Team $54.99 and quote Housecall Pro at the plan that lists the feature you need, then compare the written totals. ## What we did not verify / GAPs

> Verified fact: FLAG CONFLICT. Opervo features-page one-way Opervo to QBO invoices versus homepage “Two-way sync with QuickBooks Online and Google Calendar.” Prefer the features page for invoice direction. Desktop is **NOT CLAIMED**.

These rows stay unpublished on the fetched pages:

- Opervo mix-ratio / dilution calculator: **NOT CLAIMED**
- Opervo Square / Stripe processor %: **GAP**
- Opervo live two-way QBO: **Unverified** (prefer features one-way invoices)
- Opervo QuickBooks Desktop: **NOT CLAIMED**
- Opervo named customer self-booking SKU: **NOT CLAIMED**
- Housecall Pro satellite square-footage takeoff: **NOT CLAIMED**
- Housecall Pro SH / soft-wash dilution calculator: **NOT CLAIMED**
- Housecall Pro Essentials extra-user overage beyond 5: **GAP**
- Housecall Pro SMS segment / overage rate card: **GAP**
- Housecall Pro Desktop plan gate on the public pricing cards: unlabeled / confirm in help

## What we did not do

We have not run these products on a live wash route. We are not recommending a single product. We are not publishing star ratings.

We did not redo the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators), the [free software guide](/guides/free-pressure-washing-software), the [soft wash guide](/guides/soft-wash-software), [Opervo vs Jobber](/compare/opervo-vs-jobber), [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo), [MakeWash vs Opervo](/compare/makewash-vs-opervo), [CrewNest vs Opervo](/compare/crewnest-vs-opervo), [Housecall Pro vs Jobber](/compare/housecall-pro-vs-jobber), [QuoteIQ vs Housecall Pro](/compare/quoteiq-vs-housecall-pro), or the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). Those pages stay the workflow, $0 taxonomy, soft-wash taxonomy, other two-product bake-offs, and QuickBooks taxonomy. This page is the Opervo versus Housecall Pro bake-off only.

We did not invent Opervo Square or Stripe processor percents. We did not invent an Opervo mix-ratio calculator. We did not treat Founding 50 or Lifetime Pass as the core floor. We did not reprint Opervo competitor price tables or a Housecall Pro “2.59% + $0.10” column as our facts. We did not invent a Housecall Pro satellite takeoff or SH dilution calculator. We did not reuse stale $100 / $75 extra-user figures as tonight’s card. We did not invent an Essentials extra-user dollar. We did not invent a breakeven from a Solo / Team sticker and a Basic / Essentials / MAX card. We did not confirm Opervo QBO as live two-way. We did not wire affiliate CTAs or tracking URLs.

PressureWashStack does not earn commissions or affiliate revenue. Links on this page are ordinary vendor URLs, not tracking links. See the [affiliate disclosure](/affiliate-disclosure). Other directory listings stay on the [directory](/directory).
