Housecall Pro and Jobber are horizontal home-service platforms with pressure-washing industry pages. They bill by different plan and seat units, so this page does not name a cheaper product or a winner. Figures are from vendor pages checked 2026-09-06. We have not tested either app.

## Two products

Both products are general field-service CRMs. Each publishes a dedicated pressure-washing industry page. A PW URL is not a wash-native spec sheet.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro’s [pressure washing software page](https://www.housecallpro.com/industries/pressure-washing-software/) markets scheduling, estimates, invoicing, a CRM and customer portal, a price book, online booking, cards/ACH/wallets, and a mobile app. It does not claim satellite square-footage takeoffs or sodium hypochlorite / surfactant mix tools.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s [pressure washing software page](https://www.getjobber.com/industries/pressure-washing-software/) markets generic quotes (optional line items, follow-ups, approvals, markups), map and routing, job forms and checklists, invoicing, cards, automatic payments, and a client hub. It does not claim satellite square-footage takeoffs or SH / surfactant inventory.

See the [Housecall Pro](/vendors/housecall-pro) and [Jobber](/vendors/jobber) profiles for documented functions, still without a field test. This page is a two-product comparison only.

Context only, not a third column: [QuoteIQ](/vendors/quoteiq) Essentials publishes $29.99/month or $299.99/year. [Opervo](/vendors/opervo) Solo publishes $24.99/month (Team $54.99/month). Those floors and wash-native claims stay on [QuoteIQ vs Jobber](/compare/quoteiq-vs-jobber), [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo), and the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators).

## How you pay

Housecall Pro sells named plans with a fixed included-user count. Jobber sells a plan name plus a seat band. You cannot subtract one published dollar from the other and get a breakeven.

> Verified fact: Live Housecall Pro pricing, housecallpro.com/pricing, 2026-09-06.

| Plan | Users included | Extra users | Annual (per mo) | Monthly |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Basic | 1 | n/a | $59 | $79 |
| Essentials | 5 | $100/mo each | $149 | $189 |
| MAX | 8 | $75/mo each | $299 | $329 |

The 1-user floor is Basic at $59/month billed annually or $79/month monthly. Extra-user rates on that fetch are $100 (Essentials) and $75 (MAX). Do not reuse older third-party $35/user figures.

> Verified fact: The same 2026-09-06 pricing fetch listed **job costing** under Basic (“Everything included, plus”). That is unusual versus older secondary reviews. It was still on the live Basic card on this check. Confirm in a trial before you budget job costing as a Basic-only reason to buy.

> Verified fact: Live Jobber 1-user prices on getjobber.com/pricing, 2026-09-06.

| Plan (1 user) | No commitment | 1-year monthly | Billed annually |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Core | $49 | $39 | $29 |
| Connect | $139 | $119 | $99 |
| Grow | $199 | $169 | $149 |

The 1-user floor is Core at $49 with no commitment, $39 on a 1-year monthly commitment, or $29 billed annually. Connect, Grow, and Plus also publish 5-, 10-, and 15-user bands. This page quotes the 1-user row.

> Verified fact: Jobber add-ons on that pricing page are Marketing Suite $99/month, AI Receptionist $29/month, and Pipeline $49/month. Plus marketing lists those tools as included. Do not treat them as free on Core, Connect, or Grow.

> Editorial judgment: A solo washer comparing Jobber Core annual $29 to Housecall Pro Basic annual $59 is comparing two entry floors, not two complete ops stacks. QuickBooks Online pushes Jobber to Connect ($99 annual, 1 user) and Housecall Pro to Essentials ($149 annual). That is not a breakeven. Price the plan that lists the feature you need.

## Soft-wash quoting depth

Neither PW industry page claims wash-native quoting.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro Basic lists estimates and invoicing. The MAX card adds a sales proposal tool (visual proposals and side-by-side comparisons). The PW page describes flat-rate pricing, digital signatures, and a price book. It does not claim satellite measure or SH chemistry.

> Verified fact: Jobber Core lists “send professional quotes.” Advanced quote visuals, optional line items, two-way SMS, and job-costing blurbs sit on Grow and Plus on the public matrix. The PW page markets optional line items and markups without restating that Grow gate.

> Editorial judgment: A PW URL is not QuoteIQ-depth MapMeasure or Opervo-depth chem/sketch. If you need satellite sq ft or SH mix this month, neither product claims it on the fetched PW page. Use the [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo) footnotes and the [soft wash guide](/guides/soft-wash-software), not this bake-off.

## Schedule, route, and offline

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro pricing lists Routes (group and sequence jobs) on Essentials. Route optimization (reorder by drive time and live traffic) sits on MAX. Employee GPS tracking sits on Essentials and MAX.

> Verified fact: Jobber route-optimization help states the feature is on Connect, Grow, and Plus. The PW page markets map and routing without restating that gate. Prefer help for the gate. That help URL was Cloudflare-blocked on this 2026-09-06 fetch; the Connect+ lock is unchanged from the prior cited article.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro pricing lists offline viewing on every plan. The [Mobile FAQ](https://help.housecallpro.com/en/articles/4747652-housecall-pro-mobile-faq) (retrieved 2026-09-06) says you can view previously opened job data without signal, and that **editing offline is not supported**.

> Verified fact: Jobber help documents offline timers (start and stop), job forms / checklists, and notes or attachments, with a sync when the device is back online. Location-based timers still need a connection. The [notes article](https://help.getjobber.com/en/articles/notes-and-attachments-in-the-jobber-app/) (retrieved 2026-09-06) states text notes and attachments save locally and sync when the app is online again. Troubleshooting and checklist help URLs were Cloudflare-blocked on this fetch; those offline-write locks match the prior cited articles. The PW page does not claim full offline quoting or invoicing.

> Editorial judgment: Jobber publishes a limited field write while offline. Housecall Pro publishes job view-only. That is not a field test of either app, and it is not full offline quoting.

## Payments

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro pricing and FAQ list card processing **as low as 2.59%** and bank payments at **1%**. Invoices and payments sit on Basic.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s pricing page publishes card processing at 2.9% + 30¢, Tap to Pay at 2.7% + 30¢, ACH at 1%, and instant payouts at an extra 1%. Automatic payments sit on Connect and up.

> Verified fact: Vendor marketing, not independent proof. Housecall Pro pricing and the PW page print 35% average revenue growth and 8+ hours saved per week, with Housecall Pro footnotes. Jobber’s PW page prints an average 7 hours saved per week and “get paid 4x faster.” We did not verify those figures.

## QuickBooks

Direction, objects, unpaid invoices, and Desktop stay on the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). This page locks the published gates.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro help states you must be on Essentials or MAX to connect QuickBooks Online. Sync help typically describes a one-way Housecall Pro to QuickBooks Online push. The Essentials pricing card uses import language (“Import your existing QuickBooks data into Housecall Pro”). That import is not the same as ongoing two-way invoice sync.

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro publishes QuickBooks Desktop help (Web Connector; one-way Housecall Pro to Desktop after connect). The public pricing grid does not state a Desktop plan gate as clearly as the QBO Essentials row. That gap is unlabeled on the pricing cards. Confirm Desktop eligibility in help or a trial.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s public matrix lists QuickBooks Online under Connect and up. New-integration help describes a one-way Jobber to QuickBooks Online sync. Jobber does not sync to QuickBooks Desktop. Clients from Desktop can be imported as a CSV. That QBO help URL was Cloudflare-blocked on this fetch; the Jobber→QBO / no-Desktop lock is unchanged from the prior cited FAQ.

> Editorial judgment: If Desktop is your books, Housecall Pro is the product with a documented Desktop path. If you need QBO this month, do not budget Housecall Pro Basic or Jobber Core. The published gates are Essentials and Connect.

## Trials

> Verified fact: Housecall Pro’s pricing FAQ states a 14-day trial on the MAX feature set, no credit card. Data is kept if the trial expires.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s pricing FAQ states a 14-day trial with Grow features and no credit card.

Those offers are not interchangeable refund guarantees. A MAX preview is not a Basic quote, and a Grow preview is not a Core quote.

## Who each product is for

These are fit notes against published units and documented claims. They are not awards.

**Housecall Pro** is for a shop that sells wash work as one line among other home-service trades, can enter on Basic at $59/$79, and can pay Essentials for Routes, GPS, and the listed QBO row, or MAX for route optimization. Offline viewing of previously opened jobs is documented. Editing offline is not. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite measure are not claimed on the PW page.

**Jobber** is for a shop that wants a client hub and seat-band billing, can enter on Core at $29 to $49, and can pay Connect for QBO and the documented route-optimization gate. Limited offline write (timers, forms, notes) is documented. Advanced quote visuals and optional line items sit on Grow+. Soft-wash chemistry and satellite measure are not claimed on the PW page.

This page does not rank a winner. Quote both at your user count and commitment term, then compare the written totals. QuoteIQ versus Jobber units stay on [QuoteIQ vs Jobber](/compare/quoteiq-vs-jobber). QuoteIQ versus Opervo stays on [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo). QuoteIQ versus Housecall Pro stays on [QuoteIQ vs Housecall Pro](/compare/quoteiq-vs-housecall-pro). CrewNest versus Housecall Pro stays on [CrewNest vs Housecall Pro](/compare/crewnest-vs-housecall-pro). The wider solo set, including $0 tools and tools with pricing on request, stays on the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators).

## What we did not do

We have not run these products on a live wash route. We are not recommending a single product. We are not publishing star ratings.

We did not redo the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators), the [free software guide](/guides/free-pressure-washing-software), [QuoteIQ vs Jobber](/compare/quoteiq-vs-jobber), [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo), or the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). Those pages stay the workflow, $0 taxonomy, other two-product bake-offs, and QuickBooks taxonomy. This page is the Housecall Pro versus Jobber bake-off only.

We did not treat either PW industry page as a satellite or SH-chem spec. We did not invent a breakeven. We did not use Jobber’s own Jobber-versus-Housecall-Pro competitor page as an independent source. We did not treat vendor hours-saved or revenue-growth stats as independent proof. We did not reuse older third-party $35/user Housecall Pro figures.

PressureWashStack does not earn commissions or affiliate revenue. Links on this page are ordinary vendor URLs, not tracking links. See the [affiliate disclosure](/affiliate-disclosure). Other directory listings stay on the [directory](/directory).
