CrewNest sells a wash-native Free/Pro stack. QuoteIQ sells named home-service plans with feature gates. Those units are not interchangeable, so this page does not name a cheaper product or a winner. Figures are from vendor pages checked 2026-09-06. We have not tested either app.

## Two products

This is a pressure-wash-only CRM with a capped $0 floor versus a horizontal home-service CRM with a published $29.99 Essentials floor. The products do not sell the same units.

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s [pressure washing CRM page](https://www.crewnest.app/pressure-washing-crm) (retrieved 2026-09-06) claims the product is built exclusively for pressure washing, soft wash, and exterior cleaning. The same page claims satellite property measurement, Soft Wash Chef chemical ratios (SH, surfactant, water), Stripe payments, route optimization, and a PWA that works on phones and tablets with limited connectivity.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ’s [pricing page](https://myquoteiq.com/pricing/) (retrieved 2026-09-06) markets an all-in-one home-service CRM with estimates, invoices, scheduling, online payments, and IQ credits. That URL does not publish a pressure-washing-only spec sheet. The same page shows iOS and Android store badges.

See the [CrewNest](/vendors/crewnest) and [QuoteIQ](/vendors/quoteiq) profiles for documented functions, still without a field test. Soft-wash chemistry notes for the wider set stay on the [soft wash guide](/guides/soft-wash-software). $0 language stays on the [free software guide](/guides/free-pressure-washing-software). QuoteIQ versus other named plans stays on [QuoteIQ vs Jobber](/compare/quoteiq-vs-jobber) and [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo). This page is a two-product comparison only.

CrewNest’s CRM page also markets exclusivity versus horizontal field-service platforms. We did not copy that page’s competitor dollar columns for Jobber or Housecall Pro. Those floors live on our own pages.

The same CRM page also prints a franchise / per-territory claim of $29/month per active territory with unlimited users. That is marketing on the CRM page. It is not the solo Free or Pro floor on the pricing page.

## How you pay

CrewNest sells Free Forever plus Pro, with estimate and satellite caps on Free and unlimited team members on Pro. QuoteIQ sells named plans with a fixed user count and a feature gate on each tier. You cannot subtract one published dollar from the other and get a breakeven.

> Verified fact: CrewNest pricing, crewnest.app/pricing, 2026-09-07.

| Plan | Users | Monthly | Yearly (as published) | Caps / extras |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free Forever | 1 | $0 | n/a | Up to 3 estimates/mo; up to 10 satellite measurements; customer management; scheduling; basic invoicing; offline PWA |
| Pro | Unlimited team members; no per-user fee | $29 | $290/year | Unlimited estimates and satellite; booking portal; SMS included; email estimates/invoices; route optimization; advanced analytics |

Every account is advertised with 14 days of Pro. Cancel before day 14 and you are not charged. The pricing page also states a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ pricing, myquoteiq.com/pricing, 2026-09-06.

| Plan | Users included | Monthly | Yearly (as published) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Essentials | 1 | $29.99 | $299.99/year |
| Beginner | 2 | $74.99 | $749.99/year |
| Pro | 4 | $149.99 | $1,499.99/year |
| Elite | 10 | $299 | $2,990/year |
| Max | Unlimited | $699 | $6,990/year |

The 1-user floor is Essentials at $29.99/month or $299.99/year. Yearly cards also show $25, $62.50, $125, $249, and $582.50 per-month equivalents. Unused AI credits do not roll over. The page states a 14-day free trial on all plans and a price-lock for active subscriptions.

> Editorial judgment: A solo washer comparing CrewNest Free $0 to QuoteIQ Essentials $29.99 is not comparing like-for-like stacks. Free caps estimates and satellite measurements. CrewNest Pro $29 versus QuoteIQ Essentials $29.99 is also not like-for-like: Pro lists unlimited team members plus unlimited satellite, while Essentials is one user and gates MapMeasure to Beginner. Price the plan that actually lists the feature you need before you call either one cheaper.

## Soft-wash / satellite depth

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s CRM page claims Soft Wash Chef mix ratios (sodium hypochlorite, surfactant, water), custom recipes, and material cost in estimates. The pricing page puts satellite measurements on Free (up to 10) and unlimited satellite on Pro. Soft Wash Chef is not listed as a separate paid add-on on the fetched pricing page.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ’s public pricing matrix lists MapMeasure Pro, QuoteIQ Cam, e-signatures, and Review Multiplier from Beginner. Essentials lists estimates, invoices, scheduling, and online payments. The pricing page does not claim a Soft Wash Chef equivalent or an SH / surfactant mix calculator.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ’s [soft-washing CRM page](https://myquoteiq.com/crm-for-soft-washing) (retrieved 2026-09-06) describes satellite measurement, sodium hypochlorite inventory, per-job chemical costing, and route tools in the same breath as “starting at $29.99/month,” and it says features are included on every plan unless noted. That copy does not match the public pricing matrix. Trust the matrix. Treat the SEO page as overselling the Essentials floor.

> Editorial judgment: If you need a named SH / surfactant mix tool this month, CrewNest is the product that publishes Soft Wash Chef on its PW CRM page. If you need satellite takeoffs this month, CrewNest publishes a Free cap and unlimited on Pro; QuoteIQ’s published MapMeasure gate is Beginner, not Essentials. If you need SH inventory this month, QuoteIQ’s published gate is Elite. Those are vendor claims and plan rows, not a field test.

## Accounting & apps (QBO / mobile)

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ lists QuickBooks integration from Pro. It is not on Essentials or Beginner. Direction, objects, unpaid invoices, and Desktop stay on the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks).

> Unverified: CrewNest QuickBooks Online sync. QuickBooks is not documented on the fetched pricing page or the pressure-washing CRM page. Do not assume QBO sync from those URLs.

> Verified fact: QuoteIQ’s pricing page shows native iOS and Android store badges and tells new accounts to download the app.

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s pricing and CRM pages describe a Progressive Web App (PWA) with offline mode and limited-connectivity field use. They do not list native iOS or Android store apps on those URLs.

> Editorial judgment: If you need QBO this month, do not budget QuoteIQ Essentials or Beginner, and do not budget CrewNest as a documented QuickBooks connector. The published QuoteIQ gate is Pro. CrewNest QBO stays unverified on the pages we fetched. If you need a store-listed native app, QuoteIQ publishes iOS/Android badges; CrewNest publishes a PWA.

## When each fits

These are fit notes against published units and documented claims. They are not awards.

**CrewNest** is for a shop that wants a published $0 Free Forever floor (1 user, 3 estimates/month, 10 satellite measurements) or Pro at $29/month or $290/year (unlimited team members, no per-user fee; retrieved 2026-09-07), and that wants the CRM page’s Soft Wash Chef and satellite claims. The 14-day Pro trial and 30-day money-back line are on the pricing page. Native iOS/Android store apps and QuickBooks are not documented on the fetched pricing or CRM pages.

**QuoteIQ** is for a shop that wants a published sub-$30 Essentials floor, accepts an IQ-credit meter, wants a store-listed iOS/Android app, and can move to Beginner, Pro, or Elite when MapMeasure, QuickBooks, inventory, or routing appear on the matrix. Soft-wash chemistry and SH inventory are not documented on Essentials. MapMeasure is not on Essentials.

This page does not rank a winner. Quote both at the plan that lists the feature you need, then compare the written totals. CrewNest versus Opervo stays on [CrewNest vs Opervo](/compare/crewnest-vs-opervo). CrewNest versus Jobber stays on [CrewNest vs Jobber](/compare/crewnest-vs-jobber). CrewNest versus Housecall Pro stays on [CrewNest vs Housecall Pro](/compare/crewnest-vs-housecall-pro). CrewNest versus Workiz stays on [CrewNest vs Workiz](/compare/crewnest-vs-workiz). QuoteIQ versus Jobber units stay on [QuoteIQ vs Jobber](/compare/quoteiq-vs-jobber). QuoteIQ versus Opervo stays on [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo). The wider solo set, including $0 tools and tools with pricing on request, stays on the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators).

## What we did not do

We have not run these products on a live wash route. We are not recommending a single product. We are not publishing star ratings.

We did not redo the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators), the [free software guide](/guides/free-pressure-washing-software), the [soft wash guide](/guides/soft-wash-software), [QuoteIQ vs Jobber](/compare/quoteiq-vs-jobber), [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo), or the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). Those pages stay the workflow, $0 taxonomy, soft-wash taxonomy, other two-product bake-offs, and QuickBooks taxonomy. This page is the CrewNest versus QuoteIQ bake-off only.

We did not import CrewNest competitor price tables as our facts. We did not treat QuoteIQ’s soft-wash SEO page as the plan matrix. We did not assume CrewNest QuickBooks from pages that do not list it. We did not invent a QuoteIQ Soft Wash Chef equivalent. We did not treat the CRM-page franchise / per-territory $29 claim as the solo Free/Pro floor.
