CrewNest sells a wash-native Free/Pro stack with unlimited Pro seats. Opervo sells a flat Solo or Team bill with every feature claimed on both. Those units are not interchangeable, so this page does not name a cheaper product or a winner. Figures are from vendor pages checked 2026-09-07. We have not tested either app.

## Two products

This is a pressure-wash-only CRM with a capped $0 floor versus a horizontal field-service app with a published $24.99 Solo floor. The products do not sell the same units.

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s [pressure washing CRM page](https://www.crewnest.app/pressure-washing-crm) (retrieved 2026-09-07) claims the product is built exclusively for pressure washing, soft wash, and exterior cleaning. The same page claims satellite property measurement, Soft Wash Chef chemical ratios (SH, surfactant, water), Stripe payments, route optimization, and a PWA that works on phones and tablets with limited connectivity.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s homepage and pricing page market a horizontal field-service product for solo operators in pressure washing, window cleaning, detailing, and similar trades. The [pressure-washing page](https://www.opervo.io/pressure-washing) is the wash-native claim set (supplies cost/profit log, satellite sketch, Route My Day).

See the [CrewNest](/vendors/crewnest) and [Opervo](/vendors/opervo) profiles for documented functions, still without a field test. Soft-wash chemistry notes for the wider set stay on the [soft wash guide](/guides/soft-wash-software). $0 language stays on the [free software guide](/guides/free-pressure-washing-software). Wash-native versus QuoteIQ stays on [CrewNest vs QuoteIQ](/compare/crewnest-vs-quoteiq). QuoteIQ versus Opervo stays on [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo). QuickBooks direction and Desktop stay on the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). This page is a two-product comparison only.

CrewNest’s CRM page also prints a franchise / per-territory claim of $29/month per active territory. That is a separate offer on the CRM page. It is not the solo Free or Pro floor on the pricing page. Do not merge franchise dollars into the Free/Pro table.

> Verified fact: We did not import Opervo’s on-page Jobber, Housecall Pro, or other competitor price or feature tables as PressureWashStack facts. Ignore those competitor columns.

## How you pay

CrewNest sells Free Forever plus Pro, with estimate and satellite caps on Free and unlimited team members on Pro. Opervo sells Solo or Team, claims every feature on both, and charges no per-user add-on. You cannot subtract one published dollar from the other and get a breakeven.

> Verified fact: CrewNest pricing, crewnest.app/pricing, 2026-09-07.

| Plan | Users | Monthly | Yearly (as published) | Caps / extras |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free Forever | 1 | $0 | n/a | Up to 3 estimates/mo; up to 10 satellite measurements; customer management; scheduling; basic invoicing; offline PWA |
| Pro | Unlimited team members, no per-user fees | $29 | $290/year | Unlimited estimates and satellite; booking portal; SMS included; email estimates/invoices; route optimization; advanced analytics |

The live pricing FAQ (retrieved 2026-09-07) states unlimited team members and no per-user fees. That supersedes older “3 seats then +$5” copy. Every account is advertised with 14 days of Pro. Cancel before day 14 and you are not charged. The pricing page also states a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro.

> Verified fact: Opervo pricing, opervo.io/pricing, 2026-09-07.

| Plan | Users included | Monthly | Yearly (as published) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Solo | Operator + 1 helper (2 users) | $24.99 | $249/year |
| Team | Up to 10 | $54.99 | $549/year |

The Solo floor is $24.99/month or $249/year. Team is $54.99/month or $549/year. The pricing page states a 14-day trial with no credit card. If you do not subscribe, data is saved for 30 days. Annual Solo is described as saving $51 versus monthly; Team annual as saving $111.

The homepage also advertises Lifetime Passes ($499 Solo / $1,499 Team) and a Founding 50 Solo lock at $15/month. Those are launch promotions, not a third pricing column. Confirm which offer is still open before you model it.

### Worked examples (published units only)

These rows use only the subscription cards above. They are arithmetic on published floors, not a field test and not a winner.

**A. CrewNest Free $0 versus Opervo Solo $24.99.** Free is 1 user, up to 3 estimates/month, and up to 10 satellite measurements. Solo is $24.99/month (or $249/year) for the operator plus one helper, with every feature claimed on Solo. A $0 capped floor is not the same stack as a paid Solo card.

**B. CrewNest Pro $29 unlimited seats versus Opervo Solo $24.99 / 2 users.** Pro is $29/month or $290/year with unlimited team members and no per-user fees. Solo is $24.99/month for 2 users. A $4.01 monthly gap is not a like-for-like ops stack: seat count, estimate caps, and claimed tools differ.

**C. CrewNest Pro $29 / $290 year versus Opervo Team $54.99 / $549 year for a 3-10 crew.** Pro stays $29/month (or $290/year) at any published seat count. Team is $54.99/month or $549/year for up to 10 members. For 3 to 10 people, the published subscription cards are those two rows. That is not a claim that either product fits a 10-person wash shop.

> Editorial judgment: A solo washer comparing CrewNest Free $0 to Opervo Solo $24.99 is comparing a capped forever-free plan to a paid two-user card. CrewNest Pro $29 versus Opervo Solo $24.99 is also not like-for-like: Pro lists unlimited seats plus unlimited satellite, while Solo is two users. CrewNest Pro $29 versus Opervo Team $54.99 is the published 3-10 crew pair, not proof that Pro is cheaper to run. Price the plan that actually lists the feature you need before you call either one cheaper.

## Soft-wash / satellite / chem

The chemistry tools are different shapes. Do not equate them.

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s CRM page and [Soft Wash Chef](https://www.crewnest.app/tools/soft-wash-chef) (retrieved 2026-09-07) claim a mix calculator for sodium hypochlorite %, surfactant, and water, plus custom recipes and material cost in estimates. The pricing page puts satellite measurements on Free (up to 10) and unlimited satellite on Pro. Soft Wash Chef is not listed as a separate paid add-on on the fetched pricing page.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s [pressure-washing page](https://www.opervo.io/pressure-washing) and [features page](https://www.opervo.io/features) claim a supplies catalog and a per-job cost/profit log (Revenue − Supplies = Profit), plus sketch-on-satellite pricing at your $/sqft rate. Both pages state those tools are included on Solo. That is a supplies cost/profit log. It is not a published SH / surfactant / water dilution mix calculator.

> Editorial judgment: If you need a named SH / surfactant / water mix tool this month, CrewNest is the product that publishes Soft Wash Chef. If you need a per-job supplies cost and profit log this month, Opervo is the product that publishes that log. Those are not the same tool. If you need satellite takeoffs this month, CrewNest publishes a Free cap and unlimited on Pro; Opervo claims satellite sketch on Solo. Those are vendor claims and plan rows, not a field test.

## Payments

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pricing FAQ and features page state that client payments go through the operator’s own Square or Stripe account with zero Opervo markup. You still pay the processor.

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s CRM page states Stripe payments. The fetched pricing and CRM pages do not publish a CrewNest Stripe markup percentage.

> Unverified: The processor rate and any CrewNest platform or convenience fee on Stripe. The markup % is unpublished on the pages we fetched.

PressureWashStack does not earn commissions or affiliate revenue. Links on this page are ordinary vendor URLs, not tracking links. See the [affiliate disclosure](/affiliate-disclosure).

## QuickBooks Online

> Unverified: CrewNest QuickBooks Online sync. QuickBooks is not documented on the fetched pricing page or the pressure-washing CRM page. Treat CrewNest QBO as a GAP. Do not assume QBO sync from those URLs.

> Verified fact: FLAG CONFLICT. Opervo’s [features page](https://www.opervo.io/features) claims QuickBooks Online invoice sync one way, Opervo to QuickBooks. The [homepage](https://www.opervo.io/) prints two-way sync with QuickBooks Online and Google Calendar. Prefer the features page for invoice direction (one-way invoices, Opervo to QBO).

> Unverified: Whether a live Opervo to QBO invoice sync exists on a current Solo account. Homepage and features do not agree on direction. We will not confirm it live.

> Editorial judgment: If you need automatic QBO this month, do not budget CrewNest as a documented QuickBooks connector. The CrewNest QBO row stays a GAP. Do not budget Opervo as a finished two-way QuickBooks connector until a trial shows the features-page one-way invoice sync, not the homepage two-way line. Direction, objects, unpaid invoices, and Desktop stay on the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks).

## Schedule, route, and apps

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s pricing page lists job scheduling on Free and route optimization on Pro. The CRM page repeats route optimization and a PWA with offline mode and limited-connectivity field use. Those URLs do not list native iOS or Android store apps.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s features page documents “Route My Day” (one tap: geolocate, order today’s stops, miles and ETA, hand off to Google Maps). The pressure-washing page repeats Route My Day. Pricing and features both say every feature is on Solo. The homepage and features page also claim iOS App Store, Google Play, and a PWA.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s homepage and features page document “offline payments”: log cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle, and auto-create the invoice if one is missing. That is a payment-method log. It is not a documented full offline field-service mode (quotes, photos, invoices, signatures without signal).

> Unverified: Full Opervo offline quoting, photos, and invoices without signal. Offline payments are not the same claim.

> Unverified: How complete CrewNest’s offline PWA is for quotes, photos, invoices, and signatures without signal. The vendor claims limited-connectivity field use. That is not a PressureWashStack field test.

> Editorial judgment: If you need a store-listed native app this month, Opervo publishes iOS and Google Play plus a PWA; CrewNest publishes a PWA. If your week includes dead-zone streets, CrewNest publishes an offline PWA claim and Opervo publishes an offline-payment log. Neither is a field test of a complete offline FSM.

## Trials

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s pricing page states every account starts with 14 days of Pro, cancel before day 14 and you are not charged, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro.

> Verified fact: Opervo’s pricing page and homepage state a 14-day trial with no credit card. If you do not subscribe, data is saved for 30 days.

Those offers are not interchangeable refund guarantees. A Pro trial that becomes a paid Pro bill is not the same as a no-card Solo preview.

## When each fits

These are fit notes against published units and documented claims. They are not awards.

**CrewNest** is for a shop that wants a published $0 Free Forever floor (1 user, 3 estimates/month, 10 satellite measurements) or Pro at $29/month or $290/year with unlimited team members and no per-user fees, and that wants the CRM page’s Soft Wash Chef mix calculator and satellite claims. The 14-day Pro trial and 30-day money-back line are on the pricing page. Native iOS/Android store apps and QuickBooks are not documented on the fetched pricing or CRM pages. Stripe markup % is unpublished.

**Opervo** is for a shop that wants a published Solo floor at $24.99/month (operator plus helper) or Team at $54.99/month (up to 10), with supplies cost/profit logging, satellite sketch, and Route My Day claimed on Solo, Square or Stripe at 0% Opervo markup, and store-listed iOS / Google Play plus a PWA. QuickBooks is conflicted (prefer features: one-way invoices). Offline payments are not a full offline FSM. Soft Wash Chef-style mix ratios are not the published Opervo chem tool.

This page does not rank a winner. Quote both at the plan that lists the feature you need, then compare the written totals. CrewNest versus QuoteIQ stays on [CrewNest vs QuoteIQ](/compare/crewnest-vs-quoteiq). CrewNest versus Housecall Pro stays on [CrewNest vs Housecall Pro](/compare/crewnest-vs-housecall-pro). CrewNest versus Workiz stays on [CrewNest vs Workiz](/compare/crewnest-vs-workiz). QuoteIQ versus Opervo stays on [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo). The wider solo set, including $0 tools and tools with pricing on request, stays on the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators). A 2-to-5 tech soft-wash crew bill stays on [Best soft-wash CRM for a small team](/guides/best-soft-wash-crm-for-small-team).

## What we did not do

We have not run these products on a live wash route. We are not recommending a single product. We are not publishing star ratings.

We did not redo the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators), the [free software guide](/guides/free-pressure-washing-software), the [soft wash guide](/guides/soft-wash-software), [CrewNest vs QuoteIQ](/compare/crewnest-vs-quoteiq), [QuoteIQ vs Opervo](/compare/quoteiq-vs-opervo), or the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). Those pages stay the workflow, $0 taxonomy, soft-wash taxonomy, other two-product bake-offs, and QuickBooks taxonomy. This page is the CrewNest versus Opervo bake-off only.

We did not import Opervo competitor price tables as our facts. We did not treat CrewNest’s franchise / per-territory $29 claim as the solo Free/Pro floor. We did not assume CrewNest QuickBooks from pages that do not list it. We did not invent a CrewNest Stripe markup. We did not equate Soft Wash Chef mix ratios with Opervo’s supplies cost/profit log. We did not treat Founding 50 or Lifetime Pass as the default Opervo bill.

PressureWashStack does not earn commissions or affiliate revenue. Links on this page are ordinary vendor URLs, not tracking links. See the [affiliate disclosure](/affiliate-disclosure). Other directory listings stay on the [directory](/directory).
