CrewNest sells a wash-native Free/Pro stack with a flat Pro team price. Jobber sells a horizontal field-service CRM billed by plan and seat band. Those units are not interchangeable, so this page does not name a cheaper product or a winner. Figures are from vendor pages checked 2026-09-07. We have not tested either app.

## Two products

This is a pressure-wash-only CRM with a capped $0 floor and a flat Pro team price versus a general field-service CRM with a published pressure-washing industry page. The products do not sell the same units.

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s [pressure washing CRM page](https://www.crewnest.app/pressure-washing-crm) (retrieved 2026-09-07) claims the product is built exclusively for pressure washing, soft wash, and exterior cleaning. The same page claims satellite property measurement, Soft Wash Chef chemical ratios (SH, surfactant, water), Stripe payments, route optimization, and a PWA. The public [Soft Wash Mix Calculator](https://www.crewnest.app/tools/soft-wash-chef) (retrieved 2026-09-07) is a named Soft Wash Chef tool.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s [pressure washing industry page](https://www.getjobber.com/industries/pressure-washing/) (retrieved 2026-09-07) markets generic quoting, map and routing, a Client Hub, invoicing, and a mobile app for a general field-service product. That page does not claim satellite square-footage takeoffs or SH / surfactant chemistry.

See the [CrewNest](/vendors/crewnest) and [Jobber](/vendors/jobber) profiles for documented functions, still without a field test. Soft-wash chemistry notes for the wider set stay on the [soft wash guide](/guides/soft-wash-software). $0 language stays on the [free software guide](/guides/free-pressure-washing-software). Jobber versus other named plans stays on [QuoteIQ vs Jobber](/compare/quoteiq-vs-jobber) and [Housecall Pro vs Jobber](/compare/housecall-pro-vs-jobber). Wash-native versus QuoteIQ stays on [CrewNest vs QuoteIQ](/compare/crewnest-vs-quoteiq). This page is a two-product comparison only.

We did not copy CrewNest competitor dollar columns for Jobber or Housecall Pro. Those floors live on our own pages.

## How you pay

CrewNest sells Free Forever plus Pro. Free caps estimates, satellite measurements, and users. Pro is a flat team price. Jobber sells a plan name plus a seat / team-size band. You cannot subtract one published dollar from the other and get a breakeven.

> Verified fact: CrewNest pricing, crewnest.app/pricing, 2026-09-07.

| Plan | Users | Monthly | Yearly (as published) | Caps / extras |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free Forever | 1 | $0 | n/a | Up to 3 estimates/mo; up to 10 satellite measurements; customer management; scheduling; basic invoicing; offline PWA; service-specific tools |
| Pro | Unlimited team members; no per-user fee | $29 | $290/year | Unlimited estimates and satellite; booking portal; SMS included; email estimates/invoices; route optimization; advanced analytics |

Older seed copy that said Pro includes 3 seats, then +$5 per extra user, is stale against this fetch. Live Pro is unlimited team members at the same $29 / $290 floor.

> Verified fact: Jobber bills by plan and seat band. Live 1-user prices on getjobber.com/pricing, 2026-09-07:

| Plan (1 user) | No commitment | 1-year monthly | Billed annually |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Core | $49 | $39 | $29 |
| Connect | $139 | $119 | $99 |
| Grow | $199 | $169 | $149 |

The 1-user floor is Core at $49 with no commitment, $39 on a 1-year monthly commitment, or $29 billed annually. Connect, Grow, and Plus also publish multi-user bands. This page quotes the 1-user row as primary. Commitment terms differ: Jobber’s middle column is a 1-year monthly commitment. CrewNest’s yearly column is prepaid annual.

> Verified fact: Jobber add-ons on that pricing page are Marketing Suite $99/month, AI Receptionist $29/month, and Pipeline $49/month. Those tools are not included on Core, Connect, or Grow.

> Editorial judgment: A solo washer comparing CrewNest Pro $29 to Jobber Core billed annually at $29 is comparing two sticker floors, not two complete ops stacks. CrewNest Free caps estimates and satellite. The CrewNest Pro trial asks for a card. Jobber Core does not list QuickBooks Online or the documented route-optimization gate; those sit on Connect. Do not invent a breakeven from the matching $29 annual stickers.

## Soft-wash / satellite depth

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s CRM page claims Soft Wash Chef mix ratios (sodium hypochlorite, surfactant, water) and Satellite Scout. The [Soft Wash Chef tool](https://www.crewnest.app/tools/soft-wash-chef) (retrieved 2026-09-07) is a public mix calculator. The pricing page puts satellite measurements on Free (up to 10) and unlimited satellite on Pro. Soft Wash Chef is not listed as a separate paid add-on on the fetched pricing page.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s [pressure washing page](https://www.getjobber.com/industries/pressure-washing/) (retrieved 2026-09-07) describes generic quotes, map and routing, and a Client Hub. It does not claim satellite square-footage takeoffs or SH / surfactant inventory.

> Editorial judgment: Soft-wash SH mix and satellite claims are present on CrewNest primary pages. They are not claimed on Jobber’s pressure-washing page. If you need a named SH / surfactant mix tool or satellite takeoffs this month, CrewNest is the product that publishes those claims. Jobber’s PW page is a generic estimate and dispatch workflow. Those are vendor claims and plan rows, not a field test.

## Schedule, route, and payments

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s pricing page lists job scheduling on Free and route optimization on Pro. The CRM page also claims route optimization.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s pricing matrix lists booking and scheduling on Core. [Route optimization help](https://help.getjobber.com/hc/en-us/articles/34303089729559-Route-Optimization-New-Schedule) (retrieved 2026-09-07) states the feature is available on Connect, Grow, and Plus.

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s CRM page states Stripe payments. The fetched pricing and CRM pages do not publish a CrewNest percentage markup on top of Stripe.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s pricing page publishes card processing at 2.9% + 30¢, Tap to Pay at 2.7% + 30¢, ACH at 1%, and instant payouts at an extra 1%.

## QuickBooks Online

> Verified fact: Jobber lists QuickBooks Online sync from Connect. The [QuickBooks Online Sync feature page](https://www.getjobber.com/features/quickbooks-sync/) (retrieved 2026-09-07) and the [new-integration FAQ](https://help.getjobber.com/hc/en-us/articles/12642621815831-QuickBooks-Integration-FAQs-NEW-QuickBooks-Integration) (retrieved 2026-09-07) describe a one-way Jobber-to-QuickBooks Online sync. Jobber does not sync to QuickBooks Desktop. Clients from Desktop can be imported as a CSV.

> Verified fact: CrewNest QuickBooks language is not on the fetched [pricing](https://www.crewnest.app/pricing) or [pressure-washing CRM](https://www.crewnest.app/pressure-washing-crm) pages. It appears on CrewNest’s self-authored [best pressure washing software](https://www.crewnest.app/best/pressure-washing-software) article (retrieved 2026-09-07). Treat that as marketing-only. Do not present it as a verified product matrix.

> Unverified: Object-level CrewNest QBO sync. There is no CrewNest help article on the pages we fetched that maps direction, objects, or Desktop.

> Editorial judgment: If you need QBO this month, do not budget Jobber Core, and do not budget CrewNest as a documented QuickBooks connector. The published Jobber gate is Connect. CrewNest QBO stays marketing-only. Direction, objects, unpaid invoices, and Desktop stay on the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks).

## Trials

> Verified fact: CrewNest’s pricing page states every account starts with 14 days of Pro. Cancel before day 14 and you are not charged. The pricing FAQ states a credit card is required. The same page states a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro and no contracts.

> Verified fact: Jobber’s pricing FAQ states a 14-day trial with Grow features and no credit card.

Those offers are not interchangeable refund guarantees. A card-required Pro trial is not the same as a no-card Grow preview.

> Editorial judgment: Trial friction differs. CrewNest asks for a card up front. Jobber’s Grow preview does not. That is a checkout fact, not a quality score.

## Who each product is for

These are fit notes against published units and documented claims. They are not awards.

**CrewNest** is for a shop that wants a published $0 Free Forever floor (1 user, 3 estimates/month, 10 satellite measurements) or Pro at $29/month or $290/year with unlimited team members and no per-user fee, and that wants the CRM page’s Soft Wash Chef and satellite claims. The 14-day Pro trial (card required) and 30-day money-back line are on the pricing page. QuickBooks is marketing-only on the fetched pages.

**Jobber** is for a shop that sells wash work as one line among other home-service trades, wants a Client Hub, and can pay by seat band. Core is the 1-user floor. Connect is the plan that lists QBO and the documented route-optimization gate. Satellite sq ft and SH inventory are not claimed on the PW page.

This page does not rank a winner. Quote both at the plan that lists the feature you need, then compare the written totals. CrewNest versus QuoteIQ stays on [CrewNest vs QuoteIQ](/compare/crewnest-vs-quoteiq). CrewNest versus Housecall Pro stays on [CrewNest vs Housecall Pro](/compare/crewnest-vs-housecall-pro). CrewNest versus Workiz stays on [CrewNest vs Workiz](/compare/crewnest-vs-workiz). QuoteIQ versus Jobber units stay on [QuoteIQ vs Jobber](/compare/quoteiq-vs-jobber). Housecall Pro versus Jobber stays on [Housecall Pro vs Jobber](/compare/housecall-pro-vs-jobber). A 2-to-5 tech soft-wash crew bill stays on [Best soft-wash CRM for a small team](/guides/best-soft-wash-crm-for-small-team). The wider solo set, including $0 tools and tools with pricing on request, stays on the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators).

## What we did not do

We have not run these products on a live wash route. We are not recommending a single product. We are not publishing star ratings.

We did not redo the [solo operator guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-solo-operators), the [free software guide](/guides/free-pressure-washing-software), the [soft wash guide](/guides/soft-wash-software), [CrewNest vs QuoteIQ](/compare/crewnest-vs-quoteiq), [QuoteIQ vs Jobber](/compare/quoteiq-vs-jobber), [Housecall Pro vs Jobber](/compare/housecall-pro-vs-jobber), or the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pressure-washing-software-with-quickbooks). Those pages stay the workflow, $0 taxonomy, soft-wash taxonomy, other two-product bake-offs, and QuickBooks taxonomy. This page is the CrewNest versus Jobber bake-off only.

We did not import CrewNest competitor price tables as our facts. We did not treat Jobber hours-saved or paid-faster marketing as independent proof. We did not invent a breakeven from the $29 sticker overlap. We did not treat CrewNest’s self-authored best-of article as a QuickBooks product matrix. We did not reuse older CrewNest “3 seats then +$5” copy as live Pro.
